We are looking for a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team and drive our digital marketing efforts to new heights.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Implement and generate comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as customer support, sales, and development teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.</li><li>Oversee content creation and distribution, ensuring consistency, up-to-date information, and quality across all digital platforms.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, track, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.</li><li>Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing efforts.</li><li>Ownership over the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize impact and ROI.</li><li>Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.</li><li>Develop and execute strategies to engage and retain customers, including email marketing campaigns and personalized content.</li><li>Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline and enhance customer communication.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Exposure to marketing B2B services.</li><li>Ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing campaigns.</li><li>Competency in social media marketing.</li><li>Experience or ability to learn email marketing platforms.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.</li><li>Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.</li><li>Experience with content creation, copywriting, and graphic design.</li><li>Some knowledge of HTML5 and CSS for website management.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced software environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing campaigns.</li><li>Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and continuously seek new opportunities for growth.</li><li>Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.</li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>A combination of work experience and education will be considered.</li></ul>Preferred: <ul><li>Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO/SEM/PPC strategies.</li><li>Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, marketing automation software).</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing principles.</li><li>Experience in the transportation industry and bilingual abilities are a plus.</li><li>A degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.</li><li>The pay range is competitive, with the opportunity for raises depending on proficiency in generating new sales channels.</li><li>We offer PTO, paid holidays, 401(k) with full matching, and health/vision/dental insurance coverage.</li><li>We also offer a comfortable office with a fully stocked snack and drink area.</li></ul>Why Should You Apply?<ul><li>Steady, reasonable hours.</li><li>Opportunities for on-the-job training and advancement.</li><li>Management invested in your success.</li></ul>Please apply with a resume and a list of previous experience in selling and marketing software or technology.
