We're currently seeking a passionate Community Housing Coordinator to join our team at our location in <b>Forestville, MD</b>. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring the highest standards of care and support for individuals residing in our residential group homes.<br>

Position Details:</div>
<ul><li>Full-Time: Monday - Friday, Flexible hours needed, often later, non-business hour start time, for example working 10-6 or 11-7 is more ideal for this role; available evenings and weekends based on need, with ability to flex time throughout the week.</li>

Preferred Candidate Qualifications:</div>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Services Field or equivalent experience</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license, clear driving record, and reliable transportation</li>
<li>3 years of supervisory experience preferred</li>
<li>Ability to pass background check and drug screening</li>
</ul>

Key Responsibilities:</div>
<ul><li>Supervise and support Community Housing staff to ensure client needs and organizational requirements are met</li>
<li>Maintain standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort in residential properties</li>
<li>Ensure staff compliance with documentation, training, and medication monitoring</li>
<li>Develop activities and groups to support clients' treatment and rehabilitation plans</li>
<li>Participate in the hiring process and provide coaching and training to staff</li>

<div></div><div><div><b>Compensation and Benefits:</b></div>
<div><b>Pay Range</b>: $62,614 - $68,527 per year, paid bi-weekly. Salary calculated based on education and experience.</div>
<div><b>Other Compensation: </b>Employees are eligible for bonuses (variable, depending on company and individual performance).</div>
<div><b>PTO</b>: New employees can accrue up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro-rated based on start date). Employees can accrue up to 40 hours of sick leave per calendar year (pro-rated based on start date).</div>
<div><b>Holidays</b>: 8 paid holidays per year</div>
<div><b>Retirement</b>: 403(b) plan participation available at hire. Employer matching after 1000 hours of service. Discretionary employer contributions are given at least once a year.</div>
<div><b>Health Benefits</b>: Full-time salaried employees are eligible for benefits beginning the first day of the month after hire. Medical, Dental, and Vision (single and family), flex-spending accounts (FSA and Dependent Care).</div>
