The ideal candidate is confident in managing litigation matters, motion practice, discovery, and court appearances.Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle personal injury cases through the litigation process</li><li>Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery</li><li>Conduct depositions and attend hearings</li><li>Prepare cases for mediation and trial</li><li>Appear in court and advocate on behalf of clients</li><li>Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and staff</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school</li><li>Active Michigan Bar license and in good standing</li><li>Minimum 2 years of personal injury litigation experience</li><li>Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills</li><li>Ability to manage deadlines and multiple cases efficiently</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary range: $70,000 &ndash; $100,000 annually, based on experience</li><li>Opportunity for professional growth and advancement</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease submit your resume through Indeed.
