Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Understand Service materials planning and scheduling, after market, CIM and construction/EIS processes to identify the demand drivers of spare parts and major components</li>
<li>Liaise with multiple stakeholders such as Service managers, Construction Project managers, Engineering and Sales teams to understand dynamics in market demand to align material supplies accordingly</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams such as Procurement, Global Supply chain to come up with feasible supply plan, mitigating supply risks. Also work with internal stakeholders to aim for master data consistency in systems including Material Enrichment, Pricing, Sourcing info etc.</li>
<li>Develop and own the process to obtain demand, supply &amp; inventory in the short and long term from the identified drivers in the S&amp;OP process</li>
<li>Ensure material availability at multiple echelons as per the service level agreements, maintain 100% safety stock fill rate</li>
<li>Develop and implement exception based planning to make the demand, supply and inventory management process lean and increase the value addition in each steps</li>
<li>Responsible for ad - hoc development tasks for supply chain development projects</li></ul>

Qualifications

<li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Engineering</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in Supply Chain planning &amp; operations</li>
<li>Working experience in Matrix organization</li>
<li>SAP working knowledge majorly in Material Management</li>
<li>Strong team player across cultures and disciplines</li>
<li>Able to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals</li>
<li>Professional verbal and written communication skills in English</li>
<li>Constant exploration of best practices in supply chain planning and technology landscape</li></ul>

Describe the Department

The Trainer performs direct training of Safety, Company, Culture, Systems, Manufacturing, Logistics, Technical and Business topics to employees. Responsible for scheduling employee training and performing a variety of administrative activities including database management, drafting reports, and presentations.

Responsibilities

Work with Training Coordinators and Managers to determine training materialDeliver training programs based on knowledge of identified training needs

Conduct new hire orientation to include Safety, Company, Culture, Systems, Manufacturing, Logistics, Technical and Business topics

Conduct annual compliance training programs

Update and maintain shop floor competencies using database tracking systems and generate reports

Maintain records of training attendance in compliance with ISO standards

Work to keep training programs interactive to engage trainees

Must be able to work different shifts to deliver training as needed

And all other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Competencies

High school diploma / prefer an associate degree in a relevant discipline

3 years of direct Safety, Manufacturing or Logistics experience in Company competencies

High level of writing and speaking of English. Ability to deliver training programs, instructions and training manuals at the appropriate level. Ability to effectively present information in large classes, one-on-one and small group situations to other employees, supervisors and managers in the organization

Entry Level skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook)

Creativity in delivering effective training materials

Ability to complete tasks/projects in accordance with stated deadlines 
High Degree of Adaptability &amp; Flexibility
