Vested HR is in search of entrepreneurial, high energy, Senior Business Consultants with a hunter mentality that want to grow a successful book of business. We Are Looking for Senior Business Consultants that:
<ul><li>Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, channel partners and self-generated opportunities.
</li><li>Execute aggressive prospecting strategies to gain access to key decision makers within a prospective client's organization.
</li><li>Maintain ownership of the entire sales cycle.
</li><li>Negotiate pricing and scope-of-service with prospective client.
</li><li>Complete required sales paperwork and finalize terms of the client service agreement.
</li><li>Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast. Accomplish monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals assigned by management.
</li><li>Are socially aware and trustworthy to build the right relationships both inside the organization and in the community.</li>
</ul>
Compensation and Benefits Offered:

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. This position also includes additional compensation for commissions on deals sold. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Short- and Long- Term Disability, Paid Time Off, Holidays, Great Work Environment &amp; Culture. The base compensation for this role is $65,000 - $100,000 annually plus commissions.*
<ul><li>Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.</li></ul>

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Generate new business in designated territory.</li>
<li>Analysis, planning and implementation of products and services targeting client needs.</li>
<li>Sell the full suite of Vested HR products and services in person, and virtually, to business owners, HR managers and payroll professionals.</li>
<li>Be a student of the industry- be knowledgeable of new products and services as well as Broker practices and trends.</li>
<li>Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quota and activity goals.</li>
<li>Prepare executive summaries for client presentations.</li>
<li>Prepare and present sales proposals to prospects.</li>
<li>Schedules ongoing meetings with clients to address questions and concerns during implementation.</li>
<li>Data collection to provide guidance and direction on products and services, marketing and sales, and other areas related to general business.</li>
<li>Develop lead generation and utilize CRM (HubSpot) to track activity.</li>
<li>Attention to detail a must!</li>
</ul>
Detailed Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>4-year business degree preferred
</li><li>2+ years of successful track record in business to business (B2B) sales, PEO preferred but not required.
</li><li>Independent seller able to keep up with a fast-paced environment
</li><li>Excellent communication and technical presentation skills to clearly communicate our valued offering and instill confidence in potential clients
</li><li>Evident desire to build networks of influence in your surrounding community and beyond to build trust and open doors for success
</li><li>Strong negotiation skills and keen ability to identify the true needs of a prospective client
</li><li>Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills
</li><li>Insurance licenses a plus!</li></ul></div>
