Overview
 Performs work as part of a team in an industrial laundry facility. Responsible for the safe, expeditious, and accurate handling of merchandise into and/or out of the laundry facility.
 Responsibilities/Essential Functions
 <ul>
<li>Becomes familiar with the garment numbering system (GID) and shipping schedule board</li>
<li>Follows a shipping schedule and knows the initial step to separate garments into routes for specific sort area (first, second, or third)</li>
<li>Removes garments from supply rail, places on the appropriate conveyor or placard hook by route (first sort), by last man numbered (second sort), or by customer number (third sort)</li>
<li>Hangs all shirts of the same route then hangs all pants before proceeding to the next batch/bar</li>
<li>Removes odd garments and places them in the correct space on the odd numbered garment bar</li>
<li>Informs the supervisor of any quality, mechanical, or shipping schedule problems</li>
<li>Watches the end of the supply bars for falling garments and re-hangs fallen garments on appropriate bar</li>
<li>Stops the line when jams or other problems occur further down the line and for breaks</li>
<li>Monitors garments for wrinkles and removes garments not meeting specified quality standards in terms of ink stains, tears, holes, missing buttons, or loose tags</li>
<li>Maintains safe and clean work environment, and observes best practices in all production activities</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>

 The Route Sales Support Driver builds solid, positive working relationships with customers and is highly motivated to exceed their expectations and requirements. As advocates for the organization, RSSs strive to generate goodwill and loyalty for the organization while performing their work in a professional manner at all times.

<li>Safely operate a company step van in designated area to provide products and service to a variety of clients.</li>
<li>Verify daily preventative maintenance of vehicle and maintain proper operator documentation;</li>

Shift Hours: M-F 5am-1:30pm
 Overview
 Performs work as part of a team in an industrial laundry facility. Responsible for the safe, expeditious, and accurate handling of merchandise into and/or out of the laundry facility.
 Responsibilities / Essential Functions
 <ul>
<li>Checks all machine safety devices before operating equipment and records and signs the appropriate equipment safety form. If machine does not pass safety inspection, operator will not operate unit, and notifies supervisor.</li>
<li>When loading washer, retrieve sling from storage and maneuvers sling to the washer’s rails and in front of the washer. If loading a dryer, obtain an extracted sling from the overhead feed rail and verifies each batch ticket to avoid mixing lots and batches. Stages similar batches together for maximum product/wash utilization.</li>
<li>Positions washer/dryer in proper loading position (tilted up), removes batch ticket, loads the washer/dryer by untying the bottom cord of sling, forces the items into the washer/dryer cylinder, closes washer/dryer doors, lowers washer/dryer to the horizontal position, selects the appropriate washer/dryer formula, and starts the machine.</li>
<li>Takes the batch ticket and writes the ticket information on the washer/dryer form visually displayed by the machine.</li>
<li>For washer, enters the weight off of the batch ticket into SOFTROL. For dryer, re-ties the sling and transports to hoist staging area.</li>
<li>Unloads washer: opens washer door, tilts washer forward, moves lined cart with clean sling, and removes items from the washer into the cart, places batch tickets on top of items, moves cart to sling raise area, and tilts washer back into load position.</li>
<li>Unloads dryer: opens the front door, ensures items are at the proper moisture levels (if not, re-dry), raises the front-end of the dryer, moves to the rear of the machine, opens the rear door, places the appropriate tub at the dryer opening, removes items from dryer, places batch ticket on top of items, stores in appropriate area, closes rear door, and leaves dryer in tilted position to aid in loading process.</li>
<li>Verifies proper moisture retention of items, carts/tubs are not overload, load items are at proper temperature, all extracted slings are free of excessive water, and all items are properly cooled down.</li>
<li>Identifies any slings with rips or tears and removes them from the system.</li>
<li>Maintains safe and clean work environment, and observes best practices in all production activities.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

 Overview
 Performs work as part of a team in an industrial laundry facility. Responsible for the safe, expeditious, and accurate handling of merchandise into and/or out of the laundry facility.
 Responsibilities / Essential Functions
 <ul>
<li>Stages and feeds merchandise (towels, napkins, table clothes, aprons, etc.) on ironer properly to reduce wrinkling and tangling.</li>
<li>Receives and folds merchandise from ironer.</li>
<li>Identifies and segregates merchandise not meeting specified quality standards in terms of rips, tears, holes, and stains.</li>
<li>Accurately verifies merchandise quantity and bundles by type. Places bundles in correct storage carts.</li>
<li>Maneuvers full and empty carts.</li>
<li>Maintains safe and clean work environment, and observes best practices in all production activities.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
 <ul>
<li>Ability to understand all required training, written, and verbal instructions.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of basic math skills.</li>
<li>Good verbal and/or written communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>

Overview
 Responsible for overall execution of daily plant operation activities while ensuring cost effectiveness, timeliness, and accuracy of processing as well as high product quality and workplace safety for entire production team. Manages staff to ensure safe, standardized, and efficient environmental compliance, equipment & facility maintenance, processing of soiled products: wash and dry aisle; dryer offloading, sorting and bundling, and processing of product for storage or delivery. Monitors production levels and proactively adjusts to ensure product output levels are met in a safe, timely, cost-effective manner, and in line with quality standards. Builds and maintains positive working relationships with Market Center Management team and keeps them informed of plant operation issues. Leverages resources of Operation Support team as needed to address and overcome plant operation issues.

 Ensure the market center is consistent in its management and application of safety tasks and activities.
 Plant Management
 Manage the day-to-day production plant operation activities at market center. Ensure processing takes place in a safe, timely, cost-effective, and efficient manner. Activities to be managed include, but are not limited to:

<li>Wastewater / Environmental Compliance</li>
<li>Facility & Equipment Maintenance</li>
<li>Receiving and soil sorting/classification</li>
<li>Wash aisle</li>
<li>Garment Finishing/Sortation</li>
<li>Allied Finishing</li>
<li>Bundling and distribution</li>
<li>Sets and ensure plant operation goals are meet for the efficient, timely, quality and profitable completion of activities for a given product.</li>
<li>Supervise maintenance team to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective review of equipment, energy, and wastewater processing.</li>
<li>Work with market center management, identify and implement systems and methods that will improve safety, operating efficiency consistent with operating goals and cost constraints guidelines.</li>
</ul>
Plant Operations Data and Performance Measures
 Analyze and react to production aspects of market center profit and loss (P&L) statement(s). Work with GM to proactively enhance positive results.
 
Plant Operation Team Oversight and Development
 Responsible for the hiring, placement, and removal of production plant operations staff within market center.

 Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
 Minimum Education/Experience
 <ul>
<li>Post-secondary education (four-years suggested) in Industrial and/or Mechanical Engineering/Technology, business or related discipline or equivalent business/work experience</li>
<li>4-6 years' experience in a corporate production environment with management experience included.</li>
<li>Proven track record of increasing responsibility with documented business results</li>
<li>Proven ability to build effective professional relationships cross-departmentally within a market center and operations support.</li>
<li>Preferred Education Experience --Degree in Management or Industrial/Mechanical Engineering/Technology, business or related discipline or equivalent business/work experience</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to work within a fast-paced environment, yet willing and able to work effectively with ambiguous circumstances.</li>
<li>Experience with quality program standards such as Lean/Six Sigma Skills an asset.</li>
<li>Demonstrated capability with competencies for the position.</li>
</ul>
Knowledge Sets
 <ul>
<li>Facility and Maintenance – Knowledge of wastewater, facility and equipment maintenance.</li>
<li>Production and Processing — Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective processing and distribution of laundry. Linen, product and services.</li>
<li>Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Personnel and Human Resources — Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.</li>
