Overview
 The Territory Manager has responsibility of an assigned service territory with direct supervision of route representatives. Responsible for Territory service safety and results, including but not limited to, customer retention, growth of the business, loss and ruin, piece budget, employee retention, accounts receivable (AR) collection, customer renewals, Vestis direct sales, customer satisfaction, route sales and credits.
 Responsibilities/Essential Functions
 <ul>
<li>Promote and sustain a safety culture</li>
<li>Effectively evaluate, coach, and develop Route Sales Representatives (RSRs) in your territory</li>
<li>Reports directly to a Service Manager or where a Sr. Territory Manager is present, will report to the Sr. Territory Manager. If neither are present, will report to the General Manager</li>
<li>Create a pervasive sales culture that fosters team selling via Together-In-Growth (TIG) and Shared Lead programs</li>
<li>Assist in the new account installations as directed by Service Manager and/or General Manager</li>
<li>Manages day to day activities of customer service program(s) for the territory</li>
<li>Visit all required customers each quarter to review growth and service opportunities</li>
<li>Ensure RSRs respond to and resolve all service requests timely</li>
<li>Sets clear expectations for customer service and leads by example</li>
<li>60% of time is spent traveling with service professionals, on route conducting observations and visiting customer locations (required visits, TIG days and/or day to day situation follow up)</li>
<li>Proactively follow up on accounts in jeopardy and resolve service concerns expeditiously</li>
<li>Negotiate and secure renewal agreements with existing customers that protect pricing and profitability</li>
<li>Recruit, select and hire Route Sales employees</li>
<li>Completes in-person meetings with each RSR once per week to review trends, performance, coach and identify opportunities for improvement.</li>
<li>Delivers and participates in training to ensure customer retention and service goals are met</li>
<li>Daily contact (via remote means) with RSRs to address any pending items/situations to ensure timely resolution.</li>
<li>Attend meetings and complete necessary administrative work to improve customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Coordinate collections for accounts receivable</li>
<li>Protect and manage merchandise control processes</li>
<li>Investigates and reports on all accidents or incidents, within 24 hours of notification</li>
</ul>
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
 <ul>
<li>Demonstrated ability to successfully interface with a variety of organizational functions to get the job done.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal, analytical, communication, and customer service skills.</li>
<li>Considerable negotiation skills.</li>
<li>Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of MS Office software.</li>
<li>Exposure to sales function preferred.</li>
<li>Considerable skills in management, human relations, and communication.</li>
</ul>
Working Environment/Safety Requirements
 <ul>
<li>Majority of time will be driving your own vehicle or company step-van to call on customers and supervise employees in the assigned service territory. Will be exposed to weather conditions in the area (heat, wind, cold, rain, snow, etc.).</li>
<li>Customer visitations may require walking, climbing stairs, pushing/pulling carts, exposure to weather conditions.</li>
<li>Must be able to frequently lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds, as well as load/unload product from a truck without assistance.</li>
<li>Time will also be spent in a company office environment; with exposure at the loading dock, production and warehouse areas, exposure to vehicles for loading/unloading, and exposure to vehicle maintenance.</li>

Experience/Qualifications
 <ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience.</li>
<li>Two years of service and route-based industry experience, with proven track record for growing customer accounts</li>
<li>Previous profit and loss accountability and/or contract-managed service experience preferred</li>
<li>Significant customer interface and service experience</li>
<li>Production planning, maintenance, or warehouse operations experience preferred.</li>
</ul>
License Requirements/Certifications

Overview
 The Route Sales Support Driver builds solid, positive working relationships with customers and is highly motivated to exceed their expectations and requirements. <li>Safely operate a company step van in designated area to provide products and service to a variety of clients.</li>

Route Sales Support Driver

Overview
 Performs work as part of a team in an industrial laundry facility. Responsible for the safe, expeditious, and accurate handling of merchandise into and/or out of the laundry facility.
 Responsibilities / Essential Functions
 <ul>
<li>Checks all machine safety devices before operating equipment and records and signs the appropriate equipment safety form. If machine does not pass safety inspection, operator will not operate unit, and notifies supervisor.</li>
<li>When loading washer, retrieve sling from storage and maneuvers sling to the washer’s rails and in front of the washer. If loading a dryer, obtain an extracted sling from the overhead feed rail and verifies each batch ticket to avoid mixing lots and batches. Stages similar batches together for maximum product/wash utilization.</li>
<li>Positions washer/dryer in proper loading position (tilted up), removes batch ticket, loads the washer/dryer by untying the bottom cord of sling, forces the items into the washer/dryer cylinder, closes washer/dryer doors, lowers washer/dryer to the horizontal position, selects the appropriate washer/dryer formula, and starts the machine.</li>
<li>Takes the batch ticket and writes the ticket information on the washer/dryer form visually displayed by the machine.</li>
<li>For washer, enters the weight off of the batch ticket into SOFTROL. For dryer, re-ties the sling and transports to hoist staging area.</li>
<li>Unloads washer: opens washer door, tilts washer forward, moves lined cart with clean sling, and removes items from the washer into the cart, places batch tickets on top of items, moves cart to sling raise area, and tilts washer back into load position.</li>
<li>Unloads dryer: opens the front door, ensures items are at the proper moisture levels (if not, re-dry), raises the front-end of the dryer, moves to the rear of the machine, opens the rear door, places the appropriate tub at the dryer opening, removes items from dryer, places batch ticket on top of items, stores in appropriate area, closes rear door, and leaves dryer in tilted position to aid in loading process.</li>
<li>Verifies proper moisture retention of items, carts/tubs are not overload, load items are at proper temperature, all extracted slings are free of excessive water, and all items are properly cooled down.</li>
<li>Identifies any slings with rips or tears and removes them from the system.</li>
<li>Maintains safe and clean work environment, and observes best practices in all production activities.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

 Overview
 Performs work as part of a team in an industrial laundry facility. Responsible for the safe, expeditious, and accurate handling of merchandise into and/or out of the laundry facility.
 Responsibilities / Essential Functions
 <ul>

Overview
 Responsible for all labor relations and related employee relations matters in their designated region.
 The Director, Labor Relations will be the chief spokesperson in contract negotiations, responsible to plan for, negotiate, and implement collective bargaining agreement (cba) renewals. Proactively interacts with and advises operations managers and regional leadership on a broad range of labor relations matters, including disciplinary actions and contract administration. Will represent the Company in arbitration cases and before the National Labor Relations Board. Address union organizing activity, delivering positive employee relations training and campaign support to managers and field HR as necessary.
 Responsibilities/Essential Functions
 <ul>
<li>Prepares for and negotiates initial and renewal labor agreements in accordance with corporate initiatives.</li>
<li>Populates and navigates Excel based cost models during economic negotiations planning and preparation.</li>
<li>Coordinates with local and regional operations leadership to obtain alignment on negotiations strategy and direction.</li>
<li>Drafts contract proposals and counterproposals as necessary prior to and during negotiations.</li>
<li>Finalizes negotiations settlement and prepares a detailed Memorandum of Agreement for signature by the parties.</li>
<li>Establishes and maintains rapport with union leaders.</li>
<li>Advises and provides oversight to grievances, arbitration cases, and unfair labor practice charges.</li>
<li>Creates presentations and leads informative discussions and/or training sessions with operations leaders, HR colleagues, and Labor Relations teammates.</li>
<li>Contributes to the development and improvement of company-wide practices, processes and forms.</li>
<li>Collaborates to ensure legal compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Effectively communicate and work with other executives in support of achieving business goals.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned or requested.</li>
</ul>
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
 <ul>
<li>Demonstrated ability in managing all aspects of labor negotiations.</li>
<li>Working knowledge and interpretation of the National Labor Relations Act.</li>
<li>Solid capability in the use of Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Demonstrated leadership in driving change within an organization to meet and exceed business objectives.</li>
<li>Familiarity with multiemployer health and welfare and/or pension plans a plus.</li>
</ul>
Experience
 5-10 years of applicable experience in labor relations, ideally in a multi union environment.
 Travel Requirements
 Must be willing and able to travel more than 50% of the time.
 Education
 A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study is required; An Advanced Degree, such as an MBA, JD or Master’s in Industrial Relations is preferred.

Overview: 
Responsible for creating compelling video and multimedia content that informs, engages, and inspires internal and external audiences. This role combines videography, video editing, live event production, storytelling, and strong technical proficiency in digital media production tools, video editing platforms, live-streaming technologies, content management systems, and online publishing workflows. The Videographer will use software and technology to plan, shoot, edit, optimize, publish, and manage high-quality multimedia content across web, intranet, social media, live-event, digital signage, and other online communication platforms. This role supports internal communications, executive communications, culture initiatives, recruiting efforts, and employer branding while ensuring content is technically polished, platform-ready, accessible, brand-aligned, and optimized for a consistent and professional digital experience.
 
Responsibilities/Essential Functions: 
Video Production: 
Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for a variety of communication needs, including executive messages, teammate stories, customer testimonials, training content, recruiting materials, social media, and corporate announcements. Video Editing and Post-Production:
 Edit and enhance video footage using professional post-production tools, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Media Encoder, Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software. Apply color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, title sequences, visual effects, lower thirds, transitions, captions, and branded templates to create polished, platform-ready content optimized for online media, live events, internal communications, social media, and other digital channels.
 
Live Broadcast Production: 
Coordinate and manage live-streamed events, including town halls, leadership meetings, earnings calls, and special events. Ensure seamless production quality, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage audio, video, and streaming platforms.
 
Brand Consistency: 
Ensure all video content aligns with the organization's brand standards, visual identity, messaging guidelines, and communication objectives.
 
Event and On-Location Filming: 
Travel to corporate offices, customer sites, market centers, and events to capture video footage, interviews, and b-roll that supports communication initiatives.
 
Photography Support: 
Capture high-quality photography as needed to support communications, social media, and corporate events.
 
Multimedia Content Creation: 
Create short-form and long-form video content optimized for social media, intranet platforms, websites, digital signage, and other communication channels.
 
Storyboarding and Script Development: 
Collaborate with communications and business leaders to develop concepts, storyboards, and scripts that effectively convey key messages and organizational priorities.
 
Equipment Management: 
Maintain video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio gear, streaming equipment, and editing systems to ensure reliable operation and production quality.
 
Working Environment/Safety Requirements:

Experience/Qualifications:

<li>Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in videography, video editing, multimedia production, and live-streaming support, with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality corporate, marketing, digital, or storytelling content.</li>
<li>Portfolio or work samples demonstrating video production, editing, motion graphics, live-event support, and digital content optimized for online platforms required.</li>
<li>Proficiency with professional media production software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Media Encoder, Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, or comparable tools.</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency with professional video editing, motion graphics, audio editing, image editing, encoding, and digital publishing tools.</li>

<li>Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, compression, resolution, aspect ratios, captioning, accessibility requirements, metadata, thumbnails, and platform-specific publishing standards.</li>
<li>Experience using content management systems, digital asset management systems, collaboration platforms, and project or workflow management tools to organize, publish, track, and maintain multimedia content.</li>
<li>Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to cameras, lighting, audio, streaming, editing systems, file exports, and online publishing workflows.</li>
<li>Experience creating motion graphics, title sequences, and visual effects to enhance video content is highly desirable.</li>
<li>Experience supporting executive and internal communications, or corporate storytelling initiatives preferred.</li>
