 What you&rsquo;ll work on
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build and maintain
 
 Django-based web applications
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and develop
 
 REST APIs
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Work on
 
 scalable, production-grade systems
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Integrate third-party services (payments, email, analytics, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Debug, optimize, and improve existing systems
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 What we&rsquo;re looking for
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 3&ndash;6+ years
 
 of hands-on experience with
 
 Python &amp; Django
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of
 
 Django ORM, REST Framework
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with
 
 PostgreSQL / MySQL
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid knowledge of
 
 authentication, permissions, security
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with
 
 AWS / cloud environments
 
 is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to think in terms of
 
 performance, scale, and reliability
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Clean code, clear communication, ownership mindset
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Nice to have
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience with
 
 Celery, Redis
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to
 
 Docker
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Event-tech, SaaS, or high-traffic systems experience
 </li>
 </ul>
