 Are you passionate about working with people and love music videos? If so, Vevo is looking for you! As the People Team Generalist, you will support the launch of Learning &amp; Development at Vevo and be responsible for building sustainable and measurable initiatives to ensure the program&rsquo;s continued success. You will also assist in supporting our ERGs, evolving our performance management process and act as a People &amp; Talent Acquisition Partner for Vevo&rsquo;s US Sales &amp; Revenue Operations departments. This role will report to the Vice President of People and Learning &amp; Development. You will have the ability to make a direct impact on the employee experience and so much more!
 
 
 
 As a Member Of Our Team, You Will
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 HR Generalist for Vevo&rsquo;s US Sales &amp; Revenue Operations business units: support employee inquiries, assist with managing employee relations, performance management support and delivery of HR programs and policies
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct organizational training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and performance metrics
 </li>
 <li>
 Customize training content to address specific departmental or organizational requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the design and development of engaging and effective training programs and materials
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the administration of organization's talent calibration process
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the development of performance tools and training materials
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the performance management and survey platform, CultureAmp
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with Vevo&rsquo;s ERG leaders and members on community events and activities across the organization
 </li>
 <li>
 Support administration of special projects across the People team

 Requirements

 You have an Associates or Bachelor's Degree
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on Learning &amp; Development
 </li>
 <li>
 You have previous experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools
 </li>
 <li>
 You are able to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
 </li>
 <li>
 You enjoy problem solving
 </li>
 <li>
 You possess strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
 </li>
 <li>
 You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

 $70,000 - $80,000 a year
 
 
 The pay range for this position is: $70,000 &ndash; $80,000 per year. Please note that the foregoing compensation information is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Transparency Law.
 
 
 This is a full-time position based on-site/in our New York office. Vevo currently operates in a hybrid work model and requires all employees, who have not been designated as "remote" to be in the office/studio a minimum of 3 days a week.
