 As a Customer Care Agent Pharmacist, you will play a vital
 
 
 role in ensuring patients receive exceptional service by addressing their
 
 
 inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing expert medical advice. This
 
 
 position requires professionalism, empathy, and strong communication skills to
 
 
 deliver a seamless customer experience.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Handle patients&rsquo; inquiries and
 </li>
 <li>
 follow-up on inbound calls received through the hotline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Acknowledge and resolve customer
 </li>
 <li>
 complaints promptly and effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor orders and coordinate with the Account Managers to ensure successful delivery to patients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a positive, empathetic,
 </li>
 <li>
 and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct outbound calls to follow up on patient experiences or resolve complaints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to medical inquiries and provide accurate, trustful advice.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate and communicate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide feedback to improve the efficiency of customer service processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver professional support.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work Conditions:
 </li>
 <li>
 6 days per week on a rotational shift basis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Rotational shifts and off days with shifts starting between 9 AM and 12 AM.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work from the office 12 days per month.
 </li>
 <li>
 This role is essential in creating a positive patient experience and maintaining Vezeeta&rsquo;s reputation for high-quality healthcare services.
 </li>

 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Pharmacy.
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; 1&ndash;3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication.
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Residency in Cairo is required.
