A day in the life of a Sr Manager of Supply Chain Loss Prevention at VF looks a little like this.</div>
This role supports both shortage and overall company objectives by managing Loss Prevention activities in VF Corp&rsquo;s supply chain network. You will work closely with field LP teams and Corporate Asset Protection partners to identify and resolve theft cases that originate across the network, to include multi-site or location cargo theft.
This role will also develop and maintain a strong partnership with Supply Chain Leadership, DC Leadership, Inventory Control, Logistics, and DC Operations. Further, this role will assess data and work through root cause analysis to identify shortage trends and implement proactive measures to mitigate shortage risk. You will also routinely visit DC and Supply Chain locations to ensure execution of LP objectives, operational processes that impact shortage, and physical security standards.
Lastly, there will be an expectation to communicate opportunities to relevant leaders and work in concert to implement action plans to improve or impact.

Create best practices and implement new policies, protocol and procedures for protection of all assets from Dock to Store.</li><li>
Collaborate and partner with Supply Chain Leadership, DC Leadership, Logistics, Inventory Control, DC Operations, Field AP, Store Operations, etc. to drive LP key objectives and shortage programs to mitigate shortage exposures.</li><li>
Assess, develop and implement shortage awareness programs across the Supply Chain and DC network.</li><li>
Lead Internal and External Investigations in conjunction with field LP teams and the Corporate Asset Protection team to identify and resolve complex theft and fraud cases that originate out of DCs and other points across the network.</li><li>
Lead Cargo Theft investigations that impact the overall network or specific sites. This includes the implementation of technology or investigative techniques to support these investigations (including GPS, task force inclusion, etc.)</li><li>
Develop and routinely conduct visits designed to validate locations are executing LP objectives, operational processes that impact shortage, and physical security standards.</li><li>
Collaborate with Supply Chain and DC Inventory team to validate financial adjustments, ensure inventory accuracy, and provide detailed reporting.</li><li>
Lead the CTPAT compliance and investigations process in accordance with local and federal laws. Serve as corporate liaison and partner on CTPAT matters impacting the organization.</li><li>
Work closely with Supply Chain Leadership, DC Leadership and Corporate AP teams to assess, refine and analyze results from site visits. Make recommendations on how to improve shortage execution and physical security.</li><li>
Collaborate with Supply Chain Leadership, DC Inventory, field and corporate LP leadership, as well as cross-functional partners to identify issues and develop a dynamic response to shortage trends including coaching, tactical training, communication and assessment.</li><li>
Train LP Field and Stores teams around best practices and their role in sharing and identifying potential shortage activity.</li></ul><div> 
What do you need to succeed?</div><div>

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 8+ years of Logistics, Supply Chain, and Loss Prevention related experience.</div>
The foundation skills you will need in this position are:<ul><li>
Strategic understanding of the retail loss prevention and security environment with a proven record of influencing change.</li><li>
Experience working cargo theft investigations and leveraging industry standards tools and techniques (GPS, task force, etc.)</li><li>
Experience in distribution / supply chain environment and physical security expertise.</li><li>
Experience influencing teams and implementing investigative strategies.</li><li>
Ability to analyze results, develop conclusions, and implement strategies based on analysis, experience, benchmarking, and innovation/technology research.</li><li>
Strong functional knowledge of business tools such as Excel, Power Point, Word required.</li><li>
Travel is required to all markets within areas of responsibility.</li></ul>
There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree is preferred.</li><li>
Wicklander-Zulawski Interviewing Certificate and CFI (Certified Forensic Interviewer) a plus.</li></ul><div>

Hiring Range:
$108,000.00 USD - $135,000.00 USD annually

A day in the life of a Counsel, Risk &amp; Litigation at VF looks a little like this.</div>
As Counsel, Risk &amp; Litigation, you will be responsible for assisting the Associate General Counsel, Employment, Litigation, and Operations, and other business partners in the management and handling of litigation and other risk related matters in the Company.
You will assist in handling informal dispute and litigation matters, including litigation management, administrative charge management, and advising on policies and procedures. In this role, you will perform job duties consistent within safety, legal, and regulatory requirements as well as Company values, standards, culture and business practices. The ideal candidate will act with the highest level of integrity and business and personal ethical standards in all aspects of job performance.
This position is located in Costa Mesa, California.

Provides in-house legal counsel on risk and litigation related matters, which may include, but not be limited to, real estate, environmental, contract disputes, personal injury, and other charges and/or arbitrations, and generally assists the Associate General Counsel, Employment, Litigation &amp; Operations.</li><li>
Ensures compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and policies.</li><li>
Identifies and assesses legal risks and opportunities within various legal risk areas and advises accordingly.</li><li>
Reviews and updates business policies to comply with legal requirements while meeting business needs.</li><li>
Independently handles legal matters and projects ranging from basic to complex.</li><li>
Partners with Risk Management team on pending litigation and any applicable insurance coverage.</li><li>
Recognizes when to elevate certain matters to the attention of the Associate General Counsel, 
Employment, Litigation and Operations and/or General Counsel.</li><li>
Supervises, manages and evaluates outside counsel on litigation.</li><li>

Prefer candidate with experience in handling complex litigation before federal, state courts and administrative agencies.</li><li>
Prefer candidate with experience in counseling clients on legal risk across subject areas.</li><li>
Strong writing skills required.</li><li>
Strong communication skills required.</li><li>
Experience with advising on and litigation under California law preferred.</li></ul><div>
