Patient Assessment &amp; Management<ul><li>Conduct initial examination of patients arriving in OPD, ER, or inpatient wards.</li><li>Take detailed medical history and perform comprehensive physical assessments.</li><li>Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and clinical progress.</li><li>Initiate appropriate medical treatment in line with hospital protocols.</li><li>Prioritise and triage emergency cases.</li></ul>2. Emergency Care<ul><li>Provide immediate medical intervention for critically ill or injured patients.</li><li>Perform life-saving procedures (e.g., basic airway management, CPR, IV access).</li><li>Assist in stabilising patients before referral or specialist intervention.</li></ul>3. Inpatient Care<ul><li>Conduct ward rounds and update case notes, medication charts, and treatment plans.</li><li>Respond promptly to inpatient calls for deterioration or acute issues.</li><li>Ensure continuity of care during shift handovers.</li></ul>4. Coordination &amp; Communication<ul><li>Communicate patient status and updates to consultants and senior medical staff.</li><li>Collaborate with nursing staff, technicians, and allied healthcare teams.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting of incidents or clinical changes.</li></ul>5. Diagnostic &amp; Therapeutic Procedures<ul><li>Order and interpret basic diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, ECG, etc.).</li><li>Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and oxygen therapy.</li><li>Assist in minor procedures as required.</li></ul>6. Compliance &amp; Safety<ul><li>Follow hospital policies, infection control standards, and medical ethics.</li><li>Maintain accurate, confidential medical records.</li><li>Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and emergency drills.</li></ul>Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
