<div>Job Description 
VG Systems, LLC is seeking a talented Videographer to provide professional video production and editing support for a wide range of mission-critical activities. This role is responsible for capturing high-quality video content and producing polished final products in support of events, documentation, and operational requirements. The position requires creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to operate in dynamic environments. 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Perform professional video capture using a variety of HD video cameras and related equipment, including image-stabilizing gimbals, specialized lighting, and electronic timing/triggering devices.</li>
<li>Develop original video concepts using inventive and imaginative techniques to support a variety of assignments.</li>
<li>Capture video for major events and ceremonies.</li>
<li>Document facility operations and construction progress for documentary purposes.</li>
<li>Record hardware installation and equipment transportation activities.</li>
<li>Support artistic and technical design layouts requiring precise equipment settings.</li>
<li>Capture flight tests and test range activities as required.</li>
<li>Perform video editing by ingesting raw footage from multiple sources and producing a variety of high-quality finished video products.</li>
<li>Utilize specialized video editing software and hardware to create original video concepts and designs.</li>
<li>Apply imaginative techniques to enhance storytelling and visual impact.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to ensure all deliverables meet project and organizational requirements.</li>
<li>Create, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to videography and editing workflows.</li>
<li>Ensure SOPs remain current and accurately reflect tools, processes, and production standards.</li>
<li>Document processes and provide guidance to ensure consistency and compliance.</li></ul> 


Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Active Top Secret security clearance is required (must have at time of hire).</li>
<li>Proficiency in operating professional video equipment, including HD cameras, lighting systems, and stabilization tools.</li>
<li>Experience with video editing, including ingesting footage from multiple sources and producing polished deliverables.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of video production techniques, composition, and lighting.</li>
<li>Creative mindset with the ability to develop original concepts.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced or dynamic environments.</li>
<li>Effective communication and collaboration skills.</li></ul> 


Education/Experience:
<ul>
<li>Minimum: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (BA/BS) in Photography, Videography, or a related arts discipline with 1 year of experience providing creative photography or videography support on a DoD or commercial contract.</li>
<li>Substitution 1: Associate&rsquo;s degree in Photography, Videography, or a related arts discipline with 3 years of relevant experience providing creative photography or videography support.</li>
<li>Substitution 2: High School diploma with 5 years of relevant experience in photography/videography providing creative support.</li></ul>

<div>Job Description 
VG Systems, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Videographer to lead and oversee high-level video production efforts in support of mission-driven initiatives. This role is responsible for directing video production teams, developing creative concepts, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality video products that align with organizational communication goals. The position requires advanced technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to manage complex, multi-camera broadcast and production environments. 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Direct and oversee the work of videographers and production staff, including planning, assigning, and reviewing work.</li>
<li>Determine appropriate equipment, tools, materials, and techniques required for video production.</li>
<li>Apply extensive knowledge of video production techniques, styles, and technologies to deliver high-quality products.</li>
<li>Develop original video concepts aligned with organizational communication goals and initiatives.</li>
<li>Create and develop storyboards and scripts for video productions.</li>
<li>Present creative concepts and video approaches to leadership and stakeholders for approval.</li>
<li>Provide detailed direction to production staff to ensure successful execution of video shoots and post-production editing.</li>
<li>Oversee both aesthetic video capture and final editing processes to bring high-level concepts to completion.</li>
<li>Manage and execute broadcast-quality event productions, including multi-camera switching, live production elements, and integration of graphics such as lower thirds.</li>
<li>Ensure consistency, quality, and visual impact across all video deliverables.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and requirements.</li>
<li>Create, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to video production and editing workflows.</li>
<li>Ensure SOPs remain current and accurately reflect tools, processes, and production standards.</li>

Requirements:

<li>Strong storytelling, scripting, and storyboard development skills.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li>
<li>High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products.</li></ul> 


Education/Experience:
<ul>
<li>Minimum: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (BA/BS) in Video Production, Video Editing, or a related discipline with 10 years of experience providing creative direction and concept development for video production teams across multiple locations.</li>
<li>Substitution 1: High School diploma with at least 2 years of related college coursework and a total of 20 years of relevant experience in professional video production and creative development of concepts, scripts, and storyboards.</li></ul>
