The HR &amp; Admin Officer/Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end human resources functions and ensuring smooth administrative operations within the academy. The role supports the institution&rsquo;s academic mission by ensuring effective recruitment, staff welfare, compliance, operational efficiency, and a positive working environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESHuman Resources Management Recruitment &amp; Staffing<ul><li>Identify staffing needs in coordination with academic and non-academic departments.</li><li>Prepare job descriptions, post job ads, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and onboard new employees.</li><li>Ensure timely hiring of teachers, trainers, administrative staff, and support staff.</li><li>Coordinate with accounts for salary processing, attendance inputs, increments, and deductions.</li><li>Manage reimbursements, leaves, overtime, and benefits administration.</li></ul>Onboarding &amp; Orientation<ul><li>Conduct induction programs for new hires.</li><li>Prepare joining formalities, documentation, ID cards, and employee files.</li></ul>Performance Management<ul><li>Support planning and implementation of KPIs and annual performance appraisals.</li><li>Track attendance, punctuality, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.</li><li>Facilitate employee feedback and development programs.</li></ul>Employee Relations<ul><li>Maintain a positive work culture through communication, conflict resolution, and engagement activities.</li><li>Address employee queries, complaints, and grievances professionally.</li><li>Plan staff welfare initiatives, training, and team-building activities.</li></ul>HR Compliance &amp; Policies<ul><li>Develop, update, and implement HR policies, code of conduct, and SOPs.</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws, contracts, and statutory requirements.</li><li>Maintain the employee attendance system and leave management.</li></ul>Administration Management General Administration<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the academy.</li><li>Manage office supplies, inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination.</li><li>Ensure maintenance of facilities, classrooms, equipment, and cleanliness.</li></ul>Academic Support Administration<ul><li>Assist in scheduling classes, examinations, and events.</li><li>Coordinate with teachers, parents, students, and departments for operational needs.</li><li>Support admission processes, student records, and documentation when required.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Record Keeping<ul><li>Maintain confidential HR and administrative records, contracts, and reports.</li><li>Prepare monthly reports for management&mdash;HR metrics, attendance, recruitment, training, etc.</li><li>Safety, Compliance &amp; Legal</li><li>Ensure adherence to health &amp; safety guidelines within the campus.</li><li>Manage insurance, EHS compliance, and security protocols.</li></ul>SKILLS &amp; QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.</li><li>MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.</li><li>Experience</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of HR &amp; admin experience, preferably in an educational institution or service industry.</li></ul>Key Skills<ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Knowledge of HR laws, policies, and HRMS systems.</li><li>Administrative management and problem-solving ability.</li><li>Multi-tasking, organization, and attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and record-keeping</li></ul>Must be able to join immediately***If interested, you can share your CV via email info@vgaholdings.com or via WhatsApp +973 66621566 (NO CALLS)Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
