 About the Role
 
 
 
 
 
 
 We are seeking an experienced
 
 Materials Planner
 
 to join our Seating and Aerostructure business unit. This is a demanding and fast-paced role, requiring strong planning, problem-solving, and supply chain expertise. The successful candidate will ensure material availability, support production schedules, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Initiate and monitor material orders to support internal customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage part allocation, stock levels, and shortage resolution
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee stock transfers and interplant transfers
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and mitigate delivery risks, including sourcing from alternate suppliers
 </li>
 <li>
 Support annual inventory counts and excess/obsolete inventory management
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate production schedule impacts within the supply chain team
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with SAP to optimise production and supply chain processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Quality, and Engineering to improve reporting and value stream efficiency
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead material allocation decisions for critical parts
 </li>
 <li>
 Support logistics and identify cost-saving opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive process improvement initiatives using ACE and Lean strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement root-cause corrective actions to maintain quality standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively support EH&amp;S policies and training requirements
 </li>

 Qualifications &amp; Skills
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree with a minimum 5 years&rsquo; experience in material planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong SAP knowledge (production and materials modules)
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
 </li>
 <li>
 High level of English proficiency
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in aerospace is preferred; FMCG or global manufacturing industries are considered
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven continuous improvement mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-motivated with strong analytical skills

 The Operations Administrator for our KSA Operations is based in our offices in Riyadh, KSA and will be responsible for all aspects of data and operations administration. This role will ensure accuracy and quality of data across the VHR business, and ensure delivery deadlines meet business requirements.  Role Responsibilities:

 Provide effective operations administrative support to Riyadh office
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for a wide array of data input to the company&rsquo;s CRM system
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinates various required activities within the department
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure departmental compliance, process and procedures are adhered to
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information in accordance with privacy and security protocols
 </li>
 <li>
 Supports on-boarding process for new contract staff and employees
 </li>
 <li>
 Creating reports and analysis from data throughout the VHR group
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, redirecting them as appropriate
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate effectively with both internal and external clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Work to required timelines

 Ensure company systems &amp; software is kept up to date

 </li>

 Advanced use of IT software MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
