 <b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Install, inspect, and maintain services for wireless radio and antenna systems on towers, rooftops, and other elevated structures</li><li>
Mount antennas, including panels and microwave dishes, run coax, apply connectors, scope fiber runs, and sweet test coax lines and jumpers</li><li>
Install tower equipment, including, but not limited to, masts, clamping, bracing, support, antennas, remote radio units, cabling, and bolting</li><li>
Complete antenna installation of RF and microwave parabolic dishes from 1 foot to 10 feet in size</li><li>
Troubleshoot RF and microwave systems</li><li>
Assemble structures such as monopoles, self-supports, and guyed towers</li><li>
Install power trunk lines</li><li>
Load, transport, and unload tools, materials, and equipment in a safe manner</li><li>
Support site cleanup and upkeep</li><li>
Ability to manage crew members when required</li><li>
Complete company required documentation</li><li>
Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><b>
Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>
High school diploma or General Education Degree (G.E.D.)</li><li><b><i>
A</i></b><b><i>t least 2 years of wireless telecom construction experience preferred</i></b></li><li><b><i>
Must be willing to reside within a daily commutable distance from the crew base</i></b></li><li>
Basic knowledge of knots and tower rigging</li><li>
Must have or obtain and maintain Authorized Climber &amp; Competent Climber/Rescue certification from an accredited institution</li><li>
Ability to pull your own body weight, plus equipment weight, up vertical towers up to 500 feet for extended periods of time</li><li>
Preferred: OSHA 10, OSHA 30, First Aid and CPR</li><li>
Ability to travel away from home up to 75% of the time including weekends. Travel includes local or regional site travel</li><li>
Must have a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass pre-employment checks, which include a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and substance screening, following federal law</li></ul><p><b>
Skills:</b></p><ul><li>
Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel)</li><li>
Ability to operate power tools and hand tools</li><li>
Proven ability to perform fiber and sweep testing</li><li>
Ability to operate aerial lifts, manlifts, telehandlers, and aerial platform equipment</li><li>
DC/AC electrical skills</li><li>
Have the ability to troubleshoot and correct mechanical or electrical connections</li><li>
Ability to read, comprehend, and carry out instructions</li><li>
Must have strong communication skills, both written and in person</li><li>
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions</li><li>

 Anticipated hourly pay for candidates with the required experience will be between $24 and $34. Candidates without at least 2 years of experience should anticipate a starting rate between $20 and $22 per hour.</p></div></div></div></div><p></p>

Installation Technical Support Responsibilities and Duties:<br>
<ul><li>Plan daily installation schedule</li><li>Troubleshooting, resolving problems and identifying solutions</li><li>Document service and installation actions by following up on tickets, selling equipment, providing reports, logs, and records.</li><li>Assist Installation team by providing requested customer information and support.</li></ul></div><div><br>
Customer Service Responsibilities and Duties:<br>
<ul><li>Explain and change rate plans, features, services, promotions, and usage.</li><li>Assist customers who have questions about their bill, or who are having issues with their billing.</li><li>Add or change existing products/plans/features/services for customers (Opportunity to earn bonuses)</li><li>Handle customer concerns and requests for general information.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul></div><p><br>
