Your work keeps people productive, connected, and secure. You'll help maintain a reliable IT environment for a distributed engineering team, enabling smoother collaboration, faster onboarding, and stronger operational continuity. 
What You'll Do<ul><li>
Handle onboarding and offboarding tasks including accounts, access provisioning, and device readiness.</li><li>
Support Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune administration through user changes, license adjustments, and compliance checks.</li><li>
Respond to daily tickets, troubleshoot issues, document fixes, and escalate when needed.</li><li>
Assist with monitoring networks, servers, and cloud systems, identifying issues early and improving overall stability.</li><li>
Provide first-line support for Autodesk applications such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.</li><li>
Track and maintain IT assets and help ensure secure, well-documented IT operations.</li><li>
Explore AI-supported tools that could improve IT efficiency, accuracy, or ticket handling workflows.</li></ul> 
Apply if you have:<ul><li>
1&ndash;3 years of IT support or system administration experience.</li><li>
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and basic networking.</li><li>
Comfortable troubleshooting software, identity, and device-related issues.</li><li>
Strong documentation habits, communication skills, and a service-oriented mindset.</li><li>
Curiosity, reliability, and a desire to grow your IT career in cloud-first environments.</li><li>
Bonus: hands-on experience with UniFi, Nagios, or Autodesk product troubleshooting.</li></ul> 
Compensation and featured benefits:<ul><li>
The pay for this position is $95,000 &ndash; $105,000, and the role is eligible for bonuses. The actual salary offer may be different as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience</li><li>
Health insurance with the choice of five plan options. We cover 70-95% of premiums for VIATechies and 65% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plan chosen)</li><li>
Dental and vision insurance. We cover up to 75% of the monthly insurance premiums for VIATechies and up to 50% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plans chosen)</li><li>
