 Manpower planning &ndash; Conduct efficient planning of manpower requirement in academic and non-academic functions in School for optimum utilization of manpower.
 </li>
 <li>
 Recruitment and Selection &ndash; Source, select and offer candidates for multiple open positions in the School throughout the year within prescribed TAT. Maintain a pool of quality candidates for future openings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Onboarding and Induction &ndash; Ensure completion of new employee onboarding and induction in the organization. Ensure pre-and post-joining documentation and verification formalities are completed within stipulated time.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performance Management &ndash; Assist the management in the process of goal setting, mid-term, and end term performance review of each employee as a part of the annual appraisal process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Payroll and Compliances &ndash; Provide inputs on employee attendance, variable pay, leave encashments etc. for processing of monthly payroll. Ensure compliance to various statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT etc. are adhered to.
 </li>
 <li>
 Internal Audits &ndash; Conduct monthly self-audits and participate in the quarterly and annual process audits conducted by the organization from time to time.
 </li>
 <li>
 Employee Engagement
 </li>
 <li>
 Grievance resolution &ndash; Manage employee grievances.
 </li>
 <li>
 Records Management
 </li>

 Competition Benchmarking
