Subject teachers are responsible for designing and delivering lessons, assessing students&rsquo; progress, providing feedback, and facilitating learning experience that helps students develop knowledge, skills and understanding.Key ResponsibilitiesLesson Delivery:<ul><li>Ensure the lesson plan prepared is followed along with the mentioned resources and activities.</li><li>Ensure all students are learning in a safe and productive environment.</li><li>We should make use of effective pedagogical styles to suit different aptitudes, learning styles and interests of the students.</li></ul>Student Administration:<ul><li>Ensure discipline is maintained in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school</li><li>Promote maximum student participation and assist students in improving study habits.</li><li>We should keep a check on basic hygiene and pay attention to health matters seriously and diligently for each child.</li></ul>Classroom Functioning:<ul><li>Create an effective learning environment through functional and attractive displays, bulletin boards, and interest centers</li><li>Ensure a positive and professional relationship with parents is maintained &amp; provide feedback to parents.</li></ul>Secondary Responsibility: Administration / School Policies:<ul><li>Must compile, maintain, and ensure confidentiality of school records.</li><li>Should adhere to all the policies in force/ introduced from time to time and actively implement the same.</li><li>Should do any similar work not specified in this job description at the coordinator's request.</li><li>Should conduct quarterly stock check of the teaching aids along with the coordinator.</li><li>Should participate in professional development through internal and external courses, seminars, conferences, and events.</li><li>Attending all meetings convened by the principal and coordinators.</li><li>Ensure liaising and collaborating with resource person and others.</li></ul>Work Relations:<ul><li>Interfacing with Principal for academic related issues.</li><li>Interfacing with Co- teachers and other staff members as and when required.</li><li>Interfacing with Admin, Finance, HR, Technology for any people for any operational issues</li></ul>Desired Qualification<ul><li>Post Graduate Degree /B.
