KRA (Key Responsibility Areas) for a Clinic in charge1. Operational Management<ul><li>Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments (Reception, consultation rooms, pharmacy.)</li><li>Ensure patient flow is managed efficiently to minimize waiting times and maximize patient satisfaction.</li><li>Supervise the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all departments.</li><li>Manage inventory and supply chain for medicines and other essential clinic materials.</li></ul>2. Patient Care and Satisfaction<ul><li>Ensure high standards of patient care and address patient complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.</li><li>Monitor and improve patient satisfaction by implementing feedback mechanisms and regular surveys.</li><li>Ensure that all support staff follow established protocols for treatment, patient interactions, and care.</li><li>Facilitate the communication between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring clarity on treatment plans, expectations, and outcomes.</li></ul>3. Staff Management<ul><li>Lead, supervise and mentor the clinic staff, including doctors, administrative staff, and other personnel.</li><li>Ensure staff members are adhering to their roles and responsibilities and support their professional development.</li><li>Manage staff schedules, leaves, and shifts to ensure optimal coverage and operational efficiency.</li><li>Conduct regular performance appraisals, provide constructive feedback, and manage conflict resolution within the team.</li></ul>4. Revenue Management &amp; Billing<ul><li>Ensure proper and accurate billing processes are followed, ensuring that all patient services are billed correctly.</li><li>Oversee the financial transactions, including payments, receipts.</li><li>Monitor clinic revenue and expenses to ensure that the clinic operates within the allocated budget.</li><li>Develop strategies to increase revenue by promoting clinic services and patient retention programs.</li></ul>5. Compliance &amp; Legal<ul><li>Ensure the clinic complies with all applicable laws, including health and safety regulations, labor laws, and clinical standards.</li><li>Maintain and update required licenses, certifications, and accreditations of the clinic.</li><li>Oversee the compliance of patient data protection regulations (HIPAA or local equivalents) and other legal obligations.</li></ul>6. Marketing and Business Development<ul><li>Implement and oversee marketing initiatives, health camps, and promotional events.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing department to increase clinic visibility and outreach, contributing to patient acquisition and retention.</li><li>Build relationships with key stakeholders, such as local healthcare providers, hospitals, and pharmacies, to enhance patient referrals and business growth.</li></ul>7. Quality Control and Improvement<ul><li>Continuously monitor the clinic&rsquo;s performance and look for areas of improvement in service delivery.</li><li>Implement quality control measures for clinical procedures, patient care, and administrative processes.</li><li>Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and improve service efficiency.</li><li>Organize and conduct regular training for Support staff on quality standards, patient care and clinic protocols.</li></ul>8. Reporting &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Prepare regular reports on clinic performance, including financials, patient satisfaction, staff performance, and operational metrics.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation of all clinic activities, including patient records, Next visit of patients. treatment plans, and compliance-related paperwork.</li><li>Provide regular updates to senior management regarding clinic performance, challenges, and areas for improvement.</li></ul>9. Technology &amp; Equipment Management<ul><li>Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of clinic technology and medical equipment.</li><li>Ensure that all equipment is regularly serviced and complies with relevant safety and operational standards.</li><li>Manage the implementation of clinic management software and other digital tools to streamline operations and patient care.</li></ul>10. Emergency Management<ul><li>Develop and implement contingency plans for emergencies, such as medical emergencies, equipment failure, or staffing shortages.</li><li>Ensure that all clinic staff are trained in emergency procedures and that the clinic is well-prepared to handle critical situations.</li><li>Coordinate with external healthcare providers and hospitals in case of patient referrals or emergencies beyond the clinic's capacity.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
