Location: Preferred Multan (Open to remote candidates)Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant / Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide executive and administrative support to senior management.</li><li>Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.</li><li>Arrange domestic and international flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel itineraries.</li><li>Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes when required.</li><li>Handle emails, correspondence, and phone calls professionally.</li><li>Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.</li><li>Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.</li><li>Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders on behalf of management.</li><li>Monitor and manage office administration tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.</li><li>Assist with project coordination and other administrative duties as required.</li></ul>Requirements:✔ Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential. ✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ✔ Strong organisational and time-management abilities. ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). ✔ Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision. ✔ High attention to detail and problem-solving skills. ✔ Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative role preferred.What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Professional and supportive work environment.</li><li>Career growth and development opportunities.</li><li>Long-term and stable employment.</li></ul>To Apply:<ul><li>Please submit your resume along with a brief cover letter outlining your experience and suitability for the role. </li></ul>Only applicants with excellent English communication skills will be considered.Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per monthWork Location: Hybrid remote in Multan
