Victorian Post-Acute is hiring Licensed Vocational Nurse
Looking for:<ul><li>
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with a passion for working with seniors.</li><li>
Must have an ability to communicate well in writing and verbally in English.</li><li>
Trainable and able to follow instructions and implement them.</li><li>
Able to make independent decisions and apply critical thinking.</li><li>
Must be a dedicated, compassionate and caring team-player.</li></ul>
Job Duties:<ul><li>
Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.</li><li>
Complete and file required recordkeeping forms/charts upon the resident&rsquo;s admission, transfer, and/or discharge.</li><li>
Periodically review the resident&rsquo;s written discharge plan. Participate in the updating of the resident&rsquo;s written discharge plan as required</li><li>
Make daily rounds of your unit/shift to ensure that nursing service personnel are performing their work assignments in accordance with acceptable nursing standards.</li></ul>
