You will work directly with individual homeowners and families &mdash; handling leads, consulting clients on kitchen options, building proposals, and closing deals. All installation and service support is handled by our internal team.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle inbound inquiries from our website, Google, social media, and referral programs</li><li>Conduct consultations (virtual or in-home) to assess customer needs</li><li>Create layout plans using design tools or customer sketches</li><li>Offer cabinet/appliance/countertop options based on client goals and budget</li><li>Provide estimates and coordinate contract signing</li><li>Collaborate with back-office for scheduling and logistics</li><li>Follow up post-installation for reviews and referrals</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>2+ years of experience in kitchen design or home improvement sales</li><li>Strong communication and closing skills</li><li>Familiarity with kitchen layouts, common product lines, and installation process</li><li>Experience with design tools (IKEA Planner, SketchUp, 2020, or similar)</li><li>Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused attitude</li><li>Fluent in English (Spanish a plus)</li><li>Tech-friendly (CRM, Google Docs, etc.)</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>High commissions (5&ndash;10% per sale)</li><li>$70,000 &ndash; $180,000+ OTE based on performance</li><li>Bonuses for referrals, upsells, and customer satisfaction</li><li>Full support team: estimators, installers, project managers</li><li>Work-from-home flexibility or hybrid option</li><li>Warm leads from organic traffic and marketing campaigns</li><li>Room to grow into team lead or regional manager roles</li></ul>To ApplyPlease send your resume or portfolio with a short note answering:<ul><li>What markets you&rsquo;d like to work in</li><li>Your experience with kitchen design or sales</li><li>Your income goals and availability</li></ul>alex@vint.nyc (917) 730&#8209;3306 www.myvintdesign.comJob Type: ContractPay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per yearWork Location: Remote
