Warehouse Operations Associate (Forklift Required)A family owned fragrance distribution company is seeking a reliable, high-performance Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, moves with urgency, and is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done right.This position requires experience operating a Bendi (narrow aisle) forklift as well as standard warehouse equipment.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments safely and efficiently</li><li>Pick, pack, and prepare orders with a high degree of accuracy</li><li>Operate Bendi (narrow aisle) forklift, standard forklift, and stock picker</li><li>Maintain organized inventory and assist with cycle counts and stock accuracy</li><li>Label, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment</li><li>Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operating efficiently</li><li>Accurately track and document inventory movements and activity logs</li><li>Support all warehouse operations as needed &mdash; no task too small</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Proven experience operating forklifts (Bendi/narrow aisle experience strongly preferred)</li><li>Strong work ethic &mdash; shows up on time, works hard, and takes ownership</li><li>Comfortable with physical work (lifting, moving, standing throughout the day)</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Basic math and inventory counting skills</li><li>Ability to follow direction and execute quickly and efficiently</li><li>Positive attitude and team-first mindset</li><li>Willingness to step in wherever needed to support the operation</li></ul>Why Join Us<ul><li>Opportunity for growth and advancement within a growing company</li><li>High-performance, team-oriented environment</li><li>Stable, long-term position for the right candidate</li></ul>Please apply with compensation requirement.Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
