Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production and Warehouse Manager to oversee the production, ordering, and installation of print materials. This role will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, coordinating production timelines, updating and managing an online print portal, communicating with clients, and ensuring the successful execution of print and installation projects. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience in print production, installation coordination, pricing management, and client communication.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and oversee warehouse inventory of print materials, maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring timely restocking.</li></ul><ul><li>Place and track orders with online vendors, verifying specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate kitting and fulfillment of print orders, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and on-</li></ul>time delivery.<ul><li>Maintain strict organization standards in warehouse operations, including labeling,</li></ul>shelving, and tracking systems.<ul><li>Oversee packaging, shipping, and receiving of print items, ensuring products arrive in</li></ul>excellent condition.<ul><li>Coordinate with shipping and freight companies to schedule pickups and ensure timely</li></ul>deliveries.<ul><li>Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and prepare</li></ul>necessary print materials.<ul><li>Monitor inventory flow to prevent shortages, overstock, or delays in fulfilling requests.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain detailed records of orders, vendor communications, stock levels, and fulfillment schedules.</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct quality control checks on incoming materials and outgoing orders, resolving</li></ul>discrepancies quickly.<ul><li>Drive to pick up supplies from local vendors or deliver finished materials to nearby</li></ul>facilities when needed.<ul><li>Manage and track all warehouse and order-related projects using Asana, spreadsheets,</li></ul>and Sortly to ensure accuracy, accountability, and progress visibility.<ul><li>Develop and follow inventory management procedures to improve efficiency and</li></ul>accuracy.<ul><li>Stay updated on new vendor options, fulfillment practices, and organizational tools to</li></ul>enhance warehouse operations.<ul><li>Support warehouse operations by ensuring smooth coordination between vendors,</li></ul>internal teams, and shipping partners.Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
