From our strength training programs to our educational events, everything we do is designed to elevate performance and create a lasting impact.Position OverviewWe&rsquo;re looking for a creative, energetic, and motivated Social Media Specialist to take full ownership of Victory Sports Performance&rsquo;s digital presence. This person will be responsible for strategizing, creating, and managing content across all major platforms - including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook - as well as managing email campaigns and helping grow our online brand presence.If you&rsquo;re someone who loves storytelling, understands trends, thrives in a dynamic athletic environment, and wants to work with a passionate team, this is the role for you.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation &amp; Management<ul><li>Film, edit, and post engaging daily content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.</li><li>Capture workouts, athlete spotlights, events, and behind-the-scenes footage that align with our brand voice.</li><li>Create visually appealing graphics and videos using Canva, PhotoShop or similar tools.</li><li>Schedule and manage consistent posting across all platforms.</li></ul>Strategy &amp; Growth<ul><li>Develop and execute monthly social media and marketing campaigns.</li><li>Monitor analytics and engagement to optimize reach and performance.</li><li>Stay up to date with current social media trends, challenges, and platform updates.</li><li>Collaborate with the leadership team to align content with brand goals and upcoming initiatives.</li></ul>Email &amp; SEO Marketing<ul><li>Create and manage engaging email newsletters and campaign blasts.</li><li>Help optimize website and content for SEO to increase online visibility.</li></ul>Podcast &amp; Media Production<ul><li>Film and edit our in-house podcast episodes.</li><li>Develop highlight clips and repurpose them for social media content.</li></ul>Community Engagement<ul><li>Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely, professional manner.</li><li>Help promote events, programs, and athlete achievements.</li></ul>Daily Expectations<ul><li>Be present and engaged on the gym floor to capture authentic, high-energy content.</li><li>Post and engage daily across all major platforms.</li><li>Brainstorm creative ideas for upcoming campaigns, events, and trends.</li><li>Meet weekly with the leadership team to discuss performance, upcoming initiatives, and marketing strategy.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or related field.</li><li>Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook algorithms.</li><li>Proficient with Canva, CapCut, or similar editing software.</li><li>Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.).</li><li>Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization.</li><li>Passion for sports, fitness, and performance training.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Self-starter with strong creative instincts and attention to detail.</li></ul>Why You&rsquo;ll Love Working Here<ul><li>Be part of a motivated, high-energy team that&rsquo;s passionate about helping athletes reach their potential.</li><li>Work in a creative, sports-centered environment where new ideas are encouraged and celebrated.</li><li>Gain hands-on experience in branding, marketing, and media production for a fast-growing fitness business.</li><li>Enjoy autonomy and ownership - your creativity will directly impact our brand.</li><li>Opportunity to grow within a company that values innovation, teamwork, and community.</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Competitive hourly or salaried pay (based on experience)</li><li>Potential performance-based bonuses</li><li>Gym membership and apparel perks</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease submit your resume, portfolio or examples of your work, and a short note explaining why you&rsquo;d be a great fit for this role.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hourExpected hours: 30 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul>Work Location: In person
