The ideal candidate should have a passion for content creation, basic content writing skills, and the ability to produce engaging videos and social media content that attracts and grows an organic audience.Key Responsibilities1. Content Creation (Video &amp; Photography)<ul><li>Visit properties and capture high-quality photos and videos using mobile or camera</li><li>Create engaging property walkthroughs, reels, and short-form videos</li><li>Ensure proper lighting, angles, and presentation of properties</li></ul>2. Video Editing &amp; Posting<ul><li>Edit videos using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar</li><li>Add captions, transitions, music, and branding elements</li><li>Optimize content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube</li></ul>3. Content Writing &amp; Social Media<ul><li>Write engaging captions, hooks, and property descriptions</li><li>Use relevant hashtags and trends to improve reach</li><li>Plan and post content regularly across platforms</li></ul>4. Organic Growth &amp; Engagement<ul><li>Focus on increasing followers organically (no paid ads dependency)</li><li>Create content that drives engagement (likes, shares, comments)</li><li>Stay updated with social media trends and viral formats</li></ul>5. Creative Ideas &amp; Strategy<ul><li>Come up with fresh and creative content ideas daily</li><li>Develop reels around property tours, lifestyle, and Dubai living</li><li>Suggest trending and viral content concepts</li></ul>6. Market Awareness<ul><li>Have a basic understanding of the Dubai real estate market</li><li>Create content around market updates, investment opportunities, and communities</li><li>Analyze competitors and trending real estate content</li></ul>7. Team Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with sales agents to understand properties</li><li>Shoot videos featuring agents and their listings</li><li>Support agents in building their personal brand</li></ul>8. Performance Tracking<ul><li>Monitor content performance (views, reach, engagement)</li><li>Identify what works best and improve content strategy</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Basic videography and photography skills</li><li>Knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)</li><li>Basic content writing skills</li><li>Understanding of social media platforms and algorithms</li><li>Creative mindset with strong idea generation</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li></ul>Work Location: In person
