Boutique, high-end dental practice seeking a reliable, experienced Dental Assistant who takes pride in professionalism, organization, and clinical excellence. This is a detail-driven environment with high expectations&mdash;only serious, qualified candidates should apply.Compensation: $18&ndash;$27 per hour (based on experience)Schedule:<ul><li>Monday: 9:00 AM &ndash; 6:00 PM</li><li>Tuesday: 11:00 AM &ndash; 7:00 PM</li><li>Wednesday: 9:00 AM &ndash; 8:00 PM</li><li>Thursday: 9:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM</li><li>Every other Saturday: 9:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM</li></ul>Qualifications (Required):<ul><li>Proven reliability and punctuality (non-negotiable)</li><li>Strong dental assisting experience in a clinical setting</li><li>Proficient in Dentrix</li><li>Experience with 3D scanners (iTero or similar)</li><li>Confident taking accurate dental impressions</li><li>Skilled in assisting for all basic restorative procedures (fillings, crowns, etc.)</li><li>Solid understanding of dental terminology and basic oral health</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li><li>Maintains a polished, professional appearance at all times</li><li>Able to follow systems, protocols, and maintain a clean, structured operatory</li></ul>What Sets You Apart:<ul><li>You anticipate doctor needs without being told</li><li>You work efficiently without compromising quality</li><li>You take ownership of your role and your space</li><li>You contribute positively to a team-focused environment</li></ul>About the Office: We are a boutique dental practice that prioritizes quality, presentation, and patient experience.
