<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Responsibilities:</b></h3><ul><li>
Provide direct patient care- support by prescribing, creating, monitoring and supporting treatment plans in accordance with statutes, regulations and protocols. (80%)</li><li>
Issue medication prescriptions in accordance with treatment guidelines.</li><li>
Order laboratory tests, interpret and explain the test results to patients.</li><li>
Provide patient education regarding medications, risks, benefits and reasonable outcome expectations.</li><li>
Communicate with patients and engage in follow-up as necessary.</li><li>
Refer higher acuity patients to specialized care based off of a stringent screening guideline to ensure quality of care and the best outcome for patients.</li><li>
Maintain medical records and high quality of clinical documentation.</li><li>
Provide medical care, patient education and medication prescribing and management in an empathetic and judgment-free manner.</li><li>
Cover critical outreach shifts to support remote monitoring up to three days per week (including 2 shift hours on weekends) and some one hour shifts that could be at 7am or 7pm.</li><li>
Reach out to members identified by remote monitoring protocols and, if needed prescribe rescue medications or direct to community medicine/emergency services.</li><li>
Provide training, clinical oversight and mentorship to NPs, PAs and/or MAs. (20%)</li><li>
Support interviewing and hiring of new clinical staff.</li><li>
Create and deliver training materials.</li><li>
Shadow front line staff delivering patient care and provide clinical feedback.</li><li>
Conduct clinical audits and meet with staff in accordance to regulatory guidance.</li><li>
Be available for real-time mentorship and questions during working hours from clinical staff.</li><li>

The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing and executing core accounting functions, including general ledger maintenance, month-end close, financial reporting and account reconciliations. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy of financial data, compliance with GAAP and support for audits and tax compliance. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, analytical and capable of improving processes to support a growing organization.</div>

</b></h3><ul><li>Prepare and review journal entries, accruals and account reconciliations.</li><li>
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.</li><li>
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of financial statements.</li><li>
Manage fixed assets and depreciation schedules.</li><li>
Manage accounts payable coding, approvals and expense accruals.</li><li>
Support payroll journal entries and employee benefit reconciliations.</li><li>
Prepare and analyze monthly balance sheet and income statement variances.</li><li>
Support management with financial performance analysis and reporting.</li><li>

Qualifications:
</b></h3><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.</li><li>
CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred.</li><li>
3&ndash;5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment.</li><li>
Experience with SaaS, digital health or multi-entity structures a plus.</li><li>
Strong proficiency with Excel and accounting software (NetSuite or similar).</li><li>
Familiarity with GAAP, ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition), ASC 340 (Deferred Commissions) and ASC 350 (Software Capitalization).</li><li>
Experience with financial reporting tools and reconciliations.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.</li><li>

Senior Accountant

<div><div>We are seeking a detail-oriented Claims Operations Specialist to own the end-to-end billing process for both medical and pharmacy claims. This role oversees claim submission, tracking, reconciliation and serves as a key point of contact for internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong analytical skills and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, non-traditional healthcare environment. Experience with digital health, S-codes or pharmacy claims is a plus.</div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Responsibilities:
</b></h3><ul><li>Oversee the full revenue cycle process for both medical and pharmacy claims, including submission, QA, payment posting and AR follow-up.</li><li>
Review, investigate and resolve claim denials and rejections to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.</li><li>
Assist with client onboarding, including claims setup, payer integration, Candid configuration and rules engine alignment.</li><li>
Perform monthly billing operations such as claims reconciliation, bank reconciliation and revenue validation.</li><li>
Serve as a point of contact for clients, participating in onboarding calls, monthly check-ins and responding to billing questions.</li><li>
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Data and Client Success teams on RFPs, internal process updates and issue resolution.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications:</b></h3><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>
CPB, CRCS or CMRS strongly preferred.</li><li>
4+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, medical billing or claims operations.</li><li>
Experience in the digital health space is a plus.</li><li>
Prior experience using Candid or similar RCM platforms is preferred.</li><li>
Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables,VLOOKUP, formulas).</li><li>
Familiarity with BigQuery, Looker, NetSuite and Candid.</li><li>
Understanding of general healthcare reimbursement principles.</li><li>
Familiarity with pharmacy claims and/or alternative coding (eg., S-codes) preferred.</li></ul><ul><li>
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.</li><li>
