Role Description</b></div><br>

Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to gather insights.</li><li>
Perform competitive analysis and market research to inform design strategy and product positioning.</li><li>
Translate business and user requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.</li><li>
Create user flows, journey maps, and interaction models to communicate design ideas.</li><li>
Design visually compelling and consistent user interfaces aligned with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.</li><li>
Maintain and evolve design systems in <b>Figma</b>, ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints through shared component libraries.</li><li>
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment.</li><li>
Advocate for UX best practices and contribute to design system evolution.</li><li>
Implement UI/UX principles to ensure designs are not only beautiful but intuitive, inclusive, and optimized for conversion.</li><li>
Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve product usability.</li><li>
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Skill Set</b></div><br>

4-6 years of hands-on experience in UX design for web and mobile applications.</li><li>
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Design Thinking, UX and UI design, user-centered design.</li><li>
Should have hand-on experience in Video editing. <b>(After effects, premier pro)</b></li><li>
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.</li><li>
Experience with competitive benchmarking, market analysis, and translating insights into design decisions.</li><li>
Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and UX principles.</li><li>
Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.</li></ul></div><div></div>
