<li>Reports directly to the Oxygen Delivery Manager.</li>
<li>Become familiar with all DOT and FDA regulations as they pertain to oxygen.</li>
<li>Delivers equipment and supplies from inventory as prescribed on patient/client delivery tickets.</li>
<li>Assures proper segregation of clean and dirty equipment in the delivery vehicle.</li>
<li>Loads the equipment, oxygen systems, and related supplies into vehicle.</li>
<li>Determines or obtains the best daily route, then drives delivery vehicles on that route, to deliver home medical equipment, oxygen, and supplies to home care patients/clients in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Completes route sheet accurately and returns in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Provides patient/client orientation, instructing on the proper use, maintenance, and safety of equipment.</li>
<li>Works with patients/clients to solve a variety of problems, thereby acting as a company field representative.</li>
<li>Returns and unloads returned rental equipment, assuring proper segregation of clean and dirty equipment.</li>
<li>Completes delivery and pick-up paperwork promptly and accurately, including route sheets, manifests, and patient/client documentation, returning paperwork to the appropriate facility personnel.</li>
<li>Assists in cleaning and disinfecting rental equipment.</li>
<li>Assists in minor repair work on home medical equipment within the scope of training.</li>
<li>Requests additional stock for inventory as needed.</li>
<li>Assists in inventory count as needed.</li>
<li>Maintains a professional appearance and appears in proper company uniform.</li>
<li>Assists in tracking down paperwork, signatures, charts, etc. as needed to complete orders.</li>
<li>Promotes teamwork among co-workers, including in assisting respiratory therapists and patient care coordinator as needed.</li>
<li>Takes &quot;on-call&quot; time on an agreed upon basis.</li>
<li>Performs all office maintenance tasks as required.</li>
<li>Demonstrates timeliness, courtesy, sincerity, and patience when dealing with patients/clients.</li>
<li>Markets the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.</li>
<li>Assumes other duties within scope of training as assigned by the Respiratory Operations Manager.</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma preferred.</li>
<li>1-3 years of EMT and/or Medical Delivery Driver experience preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to interact knowledgeably with customers/clients.</li>

Oxygen Delivery Technician

<div>Essential Sales Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Market VieMed&rsquo;s OSA and Sleep program to potential and existing referral sources</li>
<li>Develop sales territory action plans and call strategies to maintain ongoing business with current accounts and apply working knowledge of clinical, consultative, and strategic selling skills to drive new market potential to grow the business within assigned territory</li>
<li>Coordinate and provide educational presentations and in-services for healthcare providers</li>
<li>Responsible for account activity, sales documentation, reports, and territory management</li>
<li>Partners with all clinical, managerial, sales staff, and other internal departments within to promote and market our P services to all referral sources to drive sales growth</li>
<li>Required to provide availability for patient contact and response to patient needs</li>
<li>Maintain a level of performance that meets or exceeds the sales quotas</li>
<li>Other duties/projects as assigned</li>
</ul>

Requirements:

The qualified candidate:

<li>Must be able to provide three informal letters of recommendation from a physician/provider (required)</li>

Sales Experience:

<li>A proven track record of successful sales experience in a health care setting, and experience working with physicians, and nurses.</li>
<li>Two or more years demonstrated full life medical sales experience from lead generation, educating the referral source, persistent follow-up, and follow through on all leads, issues, and success stories7</li>
<li>Formal sales training preferred</li>

Sleep Sales Representative

<div>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Data Preparation &amp; Exploration</li>
<li><ul><li>Collect, clean, and preprocess patient, claims, billing, and operational data from healthcare systems (EHRs, billing platforms, CRM, etc.).</li>
<li>Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) on datasets related to ventilator compliance, hospital readmissions, referral patterns, and payer trends.</li>
</ul></li><li>Modeling &amp; Analysis</li>
<li><ul><li>Assist in building predictive and machine learning models (e.g., patient risk stratification, adherence prediction, referral conversion).</li>
<li>Perform statistical and trend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and clinical/operational efficiencies.</li>
</ul></li><li>AI &amp; Automation Development</li>
<li><ul><li>Support the design and prototyping of AI agents for tasks such as real-time eligibility checks, referral triage, and payer communication.</li>
<li>Help build automated workflows and data pipelines that reduce manual processes (e.g., invoice/PO/receiving 3-way match, claims variance detection).</li>
<li>Contribute to the development of chatbots and copilots that assist employees with data lookups, reporting, or documentation.</li>
<li>Experiment with workflow automation tools and APIs to connect platforms such as Bonafide, Brightree, Acumatica, Salesforce, and Power Apps.</li>
</ul></li><li>Visualization &amp; Communication</li>
<li><ul><li>Create dashboards and reports (Tableau/Power BI) that monitor patient outcomes, operational KPIs, and AI automation performance.</li>

Minimum Qualifications:

<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field (Master&rsquo;s a plus), or equivalent experience</li>
<li>Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, LangChain, or similar frameworks for AI/agents).</li>
<li>Strong SQL skills for working with healthcare and operational data.</li>
<li>Familiarity with AI concepts such as LLMs, prompt engineering, and workflow orchestration.</li>
<li>Understanding of healthcare data (claims, EHR, payer data) and compliance standards (HIPAA).</li>
<li>Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, seaborn).</li>
