<div>Essential Duties and Responsibilities

<ul>
<li>Reports directly to the Oxygen Delivery Manager.</li>
<li>Become familiar with all DOT and FDA regulations as they pertain to oxygen.</li>
<li>Delivers equipment and supplies from inventory as prescribed on patient/client delivery tickets.</li>
<li>Assures proper segregation of clean and dirty equipment in the delivery vehicle.</li>
<li>Loads the equipment, oxygen systems, and related supplies into vehicle.</li>
<li>Determines or obtains the best daily route, then drives delivery vehicles on that route, to deliver home medical equipment, oxygen, and supplies to home care patients/clients in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Completes route sheet accurately and returns in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Provides patient/client orientation, instructing on the proper use, maintenance, and safety of equipment.</li>
<li>Works with patients/clients to solve a variety of problems, thereby acting as a company field representative.</li>
<li>Returns and unloads returned rental equipment, assuring proper segregation of clean and dirty equipment.</li>
<li>Completes delivery and pick-up paperwork promptly and accurately, including route sheets, manifests, and patient/client documentation, returning paperwork to the appropriate facility personnel.</li>
<li>Assists in cleaning and disinfecting rental equipment.</li>
<li>Assists in minor repair work on home medical equipment within the scope of training.</li>
<li>Requests additional stock for inventory as needed.</li>
<li>Assists in inventory count as needed.</li>
<li>Maintains a professional appearance and appears in proper company uniform.</li>
<li>Assists in tracking down paperwork, signatures, charts, etc. as needed to complete orders.</li>
<li>Promotes teamwork among co-workers, including in assisting respiratory therapists and patient care coordinator as needed.</li>
<li>Takes &quot;on-call&quot; time on an agreed upon basis.</li>
<li>Performs all office maintenance tasks as required.</li>
<li>Demonstrates timeliness, courtesy, sincerity, and patience when dealing with patients/clients.</li>
<li>Markets the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.</li>
<li>Assumes other duties within scope of training as assigned by the Respiratory Operations Manager.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 


Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma preferred.</li>
<li>1-3 years of EMT and/or Medical Delivery Driver experience preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to interact knowledgeably with customers/clients.</li> 
</ul>

<li>EE must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.</li>

Work Environment:

<li>This job will require the employee to go into patient homes and hospitals for the set-up and service of medical devices.</li></ul>

Oxygen Delivery Technician

<div>Essential Sales Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Market VieMed&rsquo;s OSA and Sleep program to potential and existing referral sources</li>
<li>Develop sales territory action plans and call strategies to maintain ongoing business with current accounts and apply working knowledge of clinical, consultative, and strategic selling skills to drive new market potential to grow the business within assigned territory</li>
<li>Coordinate and provide educational presentations and in-services for healthcare providers</li>
<li>Responsible for account activity, sales documentation, reports, and territory management</li>
<li>Partners with all clinical, managerial, sales staff, and other internal departments within to promote and market our P services to all referral sources to drive sales growth</li>
<li>Required to provide availability for patient contact and response to patient needs</li>
<li>Maintain a level of performance that meets or exceeds the sales quotas</li>
<li>Other duties/projects as assigned</li>
</ul>
Competencies:

<li>Demonstrated ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external referral sources geographically located within assigned territory</li>
<li>Exhibits effective oral and written communication with physicians, location staff, patients, and all referral sources to ensure questions and concerns are processed promptly</li>

Requirements:

The qualified candidate:
<ul>
<li>Must be a resourceful problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Must be well-connected and have established relationships with the Sleep Specialists within the territory (required)</li>
<li>Must be able to provide three informal letters of recommendation from a physician/provider (required)</li>
<li>Must have a current, valid, active state driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record and own reliable transportation is required</li></ul> 


Sales Experience:
<ul>
<li>A proven track record of successful sales experience in a health care setting, and experience working with physicians, and nurses.</li>
<li>Two or more years demonstrated full life medical sales experience from lead generation, educating the referral source, persistent follow-up, and follow through on all leads, issues, and success stories7</li>
<li>Formal sales training preferred</li>
</ul>
