A Brief Overview

Reporting to the VP Marketing and based out of the Denver office, the Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing a wide range of marketing collateral, spanning digital assets, print, social media, and web graphics. This role plays a key part in empowering regional divisions by designing robust, user-friendly marketing templates in Canva that enable nimble local execution while maintaining strict brand standards. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a competitive environment and is motivated to create designs that directly contribute to company growth. 
 
What you will do
<ul>
<li>Brand Guarding &amp; Elevation: Creates, maintains, and evolves high-quality branding materials that differentiate View Homes in a competitive real estate market with the help of a high-level agency.</li>
<li>Brand Management: Maintains and enforces brand standards across all channels. Ensures a cohesive visual experience across campaigns and platforms. Identifies opportunities to strengthen brand identity.</li>
<li>Cross-Channel Design: Conceptualize and produce collateral and promotional material for corporate and division-level needs, including digital advertisements, email marketing campaigns, website graphics, and print materials (flyers, brochures, community signage).</li>
<li>Division Empowerment (Canva Ecosystem): Builds, organizes, and manages a library of scalable templates in Canva for division teams to utilize for local promotions, ensuring brand consistency across all markets.</li>
<li>Social Media &amp; Content Assets: Designs engaging templates and standalone graphics for various social media platforms to drive brand engagement and lead generation.</li>
<li>Collaboration &amp; Execution: Partners closely with the Denver-based corporate marketing leadership and regional teams to take projects from initial creative requests to final, polished execution.</li>
<li>Asset Management: Maintains an organized, accessible digital asset management system for photography, logos, and design files.</li>
<li>Innovation &amp; Trends: Stays current with design trends, tools, and technologies. Introduces innovative ideas and creative approaches. Conducts competitive and industry research.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in graphic design, strongly preferred or exceptional direct experience. Required.</li>
<li>5-7+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house corporate experience preferred; real estate or homebuilding industry experience is a major plus). Required.</li>
<li>Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence across multiple formats. Required.</li>
<li>Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Required.</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Canva, specifically in creating scalable enterprise/team templates and managing brand kits. Required.</li>
<li>Experience designing for email marketing platforms and content management systems (CMS). Required.</li>
<li>Strong portfolio demonstrating a clean aesthetic, versatility across print and digital media, and a proven ability to build cohesive brand identities.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.</li>
<li>Ability to manipulate and be proficient with PCs and Windows applications.</li>
<li>A high performer who doesn&rsquo;t wait for direction, is self-sufficient, and can confidently manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.</li>
<li>A sharp eye for typography, layout, color theory, and consistent brand alignment.</li>
<li>Comfortable pivoting priorities in a fast-moving, competitive sales environment.</li></ul> 
 
Compensation

We are committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation. The hiring range for this position is generally between $68,600 - $85,600, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. We also offer a generous total compensation and benefits package.
