<div>A Brief Overview

The VP Divisional Finance is the key financial partner to the Division President, providing the insights, analysis, and leadership needed to drive profitability, efficiency, and growth within the division. This role is responsible for divisional financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and operational finance support across land, sales, construction, and purchasing. This is a hands-on position, led by an individual who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and dig into the details. This position prepares detailed analyses that inform leadership decisions. This position reports directly to the Division President with a dotted-line connection to the Corporate VP of FP&amp;A to ensure consistency in standards, reporting, and tools across the enterprise. 
 
What you will do
<ul>
<li>Leads the division&rsquo;s quarterly forecasts and annual business planning process, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with corporate objectives.</li>
<li>Prepares, analyzes, and presents monthly financial results, including sales, production, cost metrics, and margin performance, identifying opportunities for improvement to both divisional and corporate leadership.</li>
<li>Partners with the Division President and functional leaders (Sales &amp; Marketing, Land, Construction, Purchasing, Warranty) to explain variances and develop action plans that improve ROI, margins, and overhead efficiency.</li>
<li>Supports land acquisition decisions through standardized underwriting and financial analysis, evaluating deal structures, forward commitments, and inventory concentration.</li>
<li>Collaborates with Purchasing to track commodity pricing, reduce direct costs, and improve procurement efficiency.</li>
<li>Provides recommendations on operational performance, pricing strategies, and community/product-level profitability.</li>
<li>Oversees divisional financial controls and ensures compliance with corporate standards.</li>
<li>Serves as the divisional lead for financial systems, reporting packages, and automation initiatives.</li>
<li>Partners with corporate FP&amp;A to align divisional reporting with enterprise KPIs and tools.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in finance or accounting required; required</li>
<li>Master's Degree preferred</li>
<li>8&ndash;12 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting, with homebuilding or construction industry experience. preferred</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of FP&amp;A, cost accounting, financial controls, and operational finance. required</li>
<li>Experience in land acquisition analysis and homebuilding financial metrics. preferred</li>
<li>Advanced financial modeling, Excel, and ERP/reporting skills; experience with homebuilding systems a plus. preferred</li>
<li><ul><li>Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to the Division President and leadership team.</li>
<li>Comfortable being both a strategic partner and a hands-on analyst.</li>
</ul></li><li>Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred</li>

A Brief Overview

Reporting to the VP Marketing and based out of the Denver office, the Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing a wide range of marketing collateral, spanning digital assets, print, social media, and web graphics. This role plays a key part in empowering regional divisions by designing robust, user-friendly marketing templates in Canva that enable nimble local execution while maintaining strict brand standards. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a competitive environment and is motivated to create designs that directly contribute to company growth. 
 
What you will do
<ul>
<li>Brand Guarding &amp; Elevation: Creates, maintains, and evolves high-quality branding materials that differentiate View Homes in a competitive real estate market with the help of a high-level agency.</li>
<li>Brand Management: Maintains and enforces brand standards across all channels. Ensures a cohesive visual experience across campaigns and platforms. Identifies opportunities to strengthen brand identity.</li>
<li>Cross-Channel Design: Conceptualize and produce collateral and promotional material for corporate and division-level needs, including digital advertisements, email marketing campaigns, website graphics, and print materials (flyers, brochures, community signage).</li>
<li>Division Empowerment (Canva Ecosystem): Builds, organizes, and manages a library of scalable templates in Canva for division teams to utilize for local promotions, ensuring brand consistency across all markets.</li>
<li>Social Media &amp; Content Assets: Designs engaging templates and standalone graphics for various social media platforms to drive brand engagement and lead generation.</li>
<li>Collaboration &amp; Execution: Partners closely with the Denver-based corporate marketing leadership and regional teams to take projects from initial creative requests to final, polished execution.</li>
<li>Asset Management: Maintains an organized, accessible digital asset management system for photography, logos, and design files.</li>
<li>Innovation &amp; Trends: Stays current with design trends, tools, and technologies. Introduces innovative ideas and creative approaches. Conducts competitive and industry research.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in graphic design, strongly preferred or exceptional direct experience. Required.</li>
<li>5-7+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house corporate experience preferred; real estate or homebuilding industry experience is a major plus). Required.</li>
<li>Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence across multiple formats. Required.</li>
<li>Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Required.</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Canva, specifically in creating scalable enterprise/team templates and managing brand kits. Required.</li>
<li>Experience designing for email marketing platforms and content management systems (CMS). Required.</li>
<li>Strong portfolio demonstrating a clean aesthetic, versatility across print and digital media, and a proven ability to build cohesive brand identities.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.</li>
<li>Ability to manipulate and be proficient with PCs and Windows applications.</li>
<li>A high performer who doesn&rsquo;t wait for direction, is self-sufficient, and can confidently manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.</li>
<li>A sharp eye for typography, layout, color theory, and consistent brand alignment.</li>
<li>Comfortable pivoting priorities in a fast-moving, competitive sales environment.</li></ul> 
 
Compensation

We are committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation. The hiring range for this position is generally between $68,600 - $85,600, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. We also offer a generous total compensation and benefits package.
