You ll be the first line of defence for our clients, ensuring their environments stay secure and running smoothly.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with DNS/WAF deployments, log ingestion, dashboard access, and SSO configuration.</li><li>Guide customers through our recommended security defaults and best practices.</li><li>Respond to support tickets and live requests; investigate issues with Managed WAF, log analytics, and Cloudflare-based services.</li><li>Escalate complex cases to engineering while keeping the client informed.</li><li>Monitor alerts and suspicious activity, triage security events, and implement mitigation steps (WAF rules, rate limiting, blocking).</li><li>Communicate clearly with customers during active incidents.</li><li>Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and how-to guides.</li><li>Identify recurring product issues and share insights with product/engineering.</li><li>Work closely with Service Delivery and Customer Success to ensure smooth handovers and proactive customer care.</li></ul>Our CultureAt Vigilbase, we innovate fast, support each other, and take pride in protecting our customers from evolving cyber threats. Key Responsibilities

<li>Drive new business: Identify and qualify opportunities in the cybersecurity space, expanding Vigilbase s presence across EMEA.</li>
<li>Own the sales cycle: Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close from first contact to signed deal and expansion.</li>
<li>Collaborate with experts: Partner with presales engineers for technical validation and deliver compelling demos.</li>
<li>Leverage channel partners: Work closely with partners to co-sell, align pipelines, and scale regional growth.</li>
<li>Stay ahead of threats: Remain up to date on cyber trends and compliance requirements to position Vigilbase as a trusted advisor.</li>
<li>Maintain precision: Keep accurate forecasts and pipeline health in our CRM.</li>
