<ul><li>Coordinate daily medical transports, crew assignments, and unit availability</li>
<li>Communicate professionally with hospitals, healthcare facilities, patients, families, and field crews</li>
<li>Monitor transport status, crew movement, and trip progress throughout each shift</li>
<li>Answer incoming calls promptly, professionally, and accurately</li>
<li>Prioritize transport requests and operational needs in real time</li>
<li>Enter and maintain accurate transport details in dispatch and scheduling software</li>
<li>Provide ETA updates and communicate delays or schedule changes as needed</li>
<li>Support field crews through clear, timely, and effective communication</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality of patient, facility, and company information in accordance with HIPAA standards</li>
<li>Assist with administrative, scheduling, and operational duties as assigned</li>
<li>Report to scheduled shifts on time, in proper uniform, and maintain professional conduct at all times</li>

<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment</li>
<li>Reliable attendance and punctuality required</li>

<ul><li>Previous dispatch, communications, or call center experience</li>
<li>EMS, healthcare, medical transport, logistics, or customer service experience</li>
<li>Experience with multi-line phone systems or radio communications</li>
<li>Familiarity with Harrisonburg, the Shenandoah Valley, and surrounding areas</li>
<li>Experience using dispatch, scheduling, or transportation software systems</li>
