Job Title: Digital Marketing Associate (Entry-Level) Location: Remote (Chennai or Trichy preferred) Experience: 2&ndash;3 years Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role: Join a USA-based CPG brand as a Digital Marketing Associate and support digital campaigns targeting the South Asian community in the USA. You'll manage multi-platform ad campaigns and collaborate with international teams.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Set up and manage campaigns on Meta (FB/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, Instacart, TikTok, and Spotify</li><li>Handle audience targeting, retargeting, and segmentation</li><li>Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaign performance</li><li>Analyze results and provide actionable insights</li><li>Collaborate with creative and content teams</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years in digital marketing (USA market experience preferred)</li><li>Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other paid platforms</li><li>Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets)</li><li>Familiarity with retargeting and campaign funnels</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Understanding of South Asian consumer behavior in the USA is a plus</li></ul>Nice to Have:<ul><li>Experience with email marketing, SEO/SEM, and programmatic ads</li><li>Knowledge of Mailchimp, Snapchat, Pinterest</li></ul>Work Hours: Must be available during overlapping hours with EST (USA timezone)What We Offer:<ul><li>Opportunity to work with a global brand</li><li>Exposure to multi-platform campaigns</li><li>Remote, growth-oriented work environment</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
