Supervisor Compressor Maintenance (Utilities Compressor Section)

<ul><li>Install, assemble, and fit mechanical equipment, pipelines, and rotating machinery.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance and repair of pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, steam lines, and hydraulic systems.</li><li>Dismantle faulty equipment and replace or repair defective parts.</li><li>Carry out scheduled maintenance to prevent breakdowns.</li><li>Inspect bearings, seals, belts, and couplings for wear and tear</li></ul><ul><li>Understanding of pumps, gearboxes, valves, hydraulic &amp; pneumatic systems.</li><li>Knowledge of welding, fabrication, and mechanical fitting.</li><li>Familiarity with bearings, seals, lubrication, and alignment techniques.</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot mechanical failures and perform quick repairs.</li><li>Ensuring proper installation and alignment of equipment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Alwar, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>ITI (Fitter) (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Maintenance Fitter

<ul><li>Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all plant equipment, including oil processing machinery, boilers, pumps, compressors, and electrical systems.</li><li>Plan and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure production targets are met.</li><li>Coordinate scheduled shutdowns for major maintenance, repairs, or upgrades.</li><li>Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate timely repairs or replacements.</li><li>Lead and manage the maintenance team, including mechanical and electrical technicians, fitters, and other support staff.</li><li>Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills of the maintenance team.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
