Job Title: Day Care TeacherJob SummaryThe Day Care Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children. This role supports children&rsquo;s emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development through age-appropriate activities, structured routines, and positive guidance.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide a safe, caring, and supportive environment for children</li><li>Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and play-based learning</li><li>Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities</li><li>Promote social, emotional, and behavioral development</li><li>Assist children with daily routines such as meals, toileting, and naps</li><li>Observe and document children&rsquo;s progress and behavior</li><li>Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding child development and daily activities</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment</li><li>Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations</li><li>Collaborate with other teachers and staff</li><li>Manage classroom behavior using positive guidance techniques</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred)</li><li>Previous experience working with young children (preferred)</li><li>Knowledge of child development principles</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children</li><li>Ability to pass background checks and health screenings</li><li>CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Ability to lift up to 40 pounds</li><li>Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move actively throughout the day</li><li>Ability to supervise children both indoors and outdoors</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
