Employment is subject to successful HR screening and technical interviews.Educational Qualification &amp; Skill Requirements<ul><li>&#65279;B.E./B.Tech/BS/M.E./M.Tech/MS (Civil Engineering) ~ Masters Preferred</li><li>MBA is a plus.</li><li>Experience: 8 Years Minimum</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word &amp; Excel (Incl. VLookup, HLookup))</li><li>Reasonable knowledge of ERP systems</li><li>Sound understanding of construction project management</li><li>Familiarity with construction methods and processes</li><li>Overall Knowledge of Township/Colony Development, Commercial/Residential High-rise construction and landscaping.</li><li>Sound Knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Fire-fighting and safety installations.</li><li>Knowledge of automation.</li><li>Must be ready to take responsibilities, accountancy and ownership of the project to complete within deadlines without quality compromise.</li><li>Must be a good supervisor and spearhead processes to the betterment of results.</li></ul>Other Requirements<ul><li>Candidate's own vehicle for traveling convenience is must.</li></ul>Nature of JobConstruction is a serious profession; candidates are supposed to work on buildings, roads, and bridges.
