We are looking for a dynamic Sales &amp; Marketing Coordinator who will support sales and marketing initiatives, manage client relationships, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns and promotions.Position Details<ul><li>Job Title: Sales &amp; Marketing Coordinator</li><li>Location: Pollachi</li><li>Job Type: Full-time</li><li>Industry: Herbal / Ayurvedic / FMCG</li><li>Experience: 1&ndash;3 years in Sales/Marketing support (Herbal/FMCG preferred)</li><li>Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and approach potential clients (distributors, retailers, institutions, direct buyers).</li><li>Schedule and attend client meetings to present herbal products.</li><li>Generate new leads through field visits, exhibitions, and promotions.</li><li>Build strong relationships with clients and convert leads into sales.</li><li>Collect client requirements, negotiate deals, and close sales orders.</li><li>Maintain a client database and follow up for repeat business.</li><li>Report daily/weekly on client visits, leads, and conversions.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Excellent communication &amp; convincing skills.</li><li>Confidence in meeting and handling new clients.</li><li>Target-driven and passionate about sales.</li><li>Knowledge of herbal/ayurvedic/FMCG industry (preferred).</li><li>Willingness to travel extensively for client acquisition.</li></ul>Gender : MaleJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;19,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
