If you have experience in field marketing, client handling, and brand promotion&mdash;this is the right opportunity for you.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Promote herbal products through strategic marketing campaigns and field activities.</li><li>Explain product benefits, usage, and advantages to clients.</li><li>Identify and develop new client channels &ndash; distributors, retailers, institutions, and direct customers.</li><li>Collect customer feedback and share actionable insights with management.</li><li>Support the sales team in customer acquisition and retention.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and end customers.</li><li>Plan and manage product promotions, events, and exhibitions.</li><li>Handle social media activities and online customer engagement.</li><li>Prepare detailed reports on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.</li><li>Conduct field visits, participate in events, and use online platforms for lead generation.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Confident and persuasive in client interactions.</li><li>Knowledge of herbal/ayurvedic products (preferred).</li><li>Willingness to travel extensively.</li><li>Goal-oriented with a strong sales mindset.</li></ul>Position Details<ul><li>Experience: 2&ndash;4 years (Herbal/FMCG/Wellness industry preferred)</li><li>Education: UG in Marketing, Business, or related field</li><li>Work Mode: In-person</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
