PharmExperience: 1 - 3 years (Pharmacy purchase experience is must)Note: Looking for female candidates onlyJob responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and maintain purchase orders for medicines, consumables, and other stock as per approved requisitions.</li><li>Identify reliable suppliers and maintain an updated vendor list.</li><li>Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and credit facilities with suppliers.</li><li>Verify stock levels and coordinate with the pharmacist/storekeeper for timely replenishment.</li><li>Ensure that all procured items comply with quality standards, expiry dates, and legal requirements.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation of purchase records, quotations, invoices, and supplier agreements.</li><li>Liaise with accounts for payments and resolve any discrepancies in invoices.</li><li>Track pending orders and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery.</li><li>Support periodic audits of pharmacy stock and purchasing practices.</li><li>Assist in implementing cost-control measures and budget monitoring.</li><li>Comply with hospital policies, procurement procedures, and statutory regulations.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
