We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchase Assistant to support the procurement team in managing and processing purchasing activities. The successful candidate will assist in sourcing, order management, vendor communication, and maintaining inventory levels to ensure seamless operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers and vendors for materials and products.</li><li>Process purchase orders and maintain up-to-date records in the procurement system.</li><li>Track deliveries, monitor order status, and ensure timely receipt of goods.</li><li>Communicate with suppliers to clarify specifications, prices, and delivery times.</li><li>Maintain accurate and organized records of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.</li><li>Assist in reviewing purchase requisitions and ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained.</li><li>Support the negotiation of prices and terms with suppliers when required.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed to avoid shortages.</li><li>Collaborate with various departments to forecast procurement needs.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all procurement activities.</li><li>Prepare reports and provide updates on purchasing activities as needed.</li><li>Assist with resolving any issues related to deliveries, invoices, or supplier discrepancies.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is a plus.</li><li>1 to 2 experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management is preferred.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>how many years exprience in purchase in manufacturing industry</li></ul>Work Location: In person
