Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of technical and engineering-related goods and services. The ideal candidate will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality procurement that meets project requirements.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on technical and commercial criteria.</li><li>Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and bill of materials (BOM) to identify purchasing needs.</li><li>Obtain and analyze quotations, negotiate terms, and finalize purchase orders.</li><li>Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to support production and project timelines.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores for replenishment.</li><li>Evaluate supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and compliance.</li><li>Coordinate with the quality and engineering departments for technical approvals and vendor assessments.</li><li>Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in ERP systems.</li><li>Identify opportunities for cost reduction and supply chain optimization.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).</li><li>2 to 4+years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering industry.</li><li>Strong technical understanding of engineering components, drawings, and specifications.</li><li>Familiarity with SAP</li><li>Excellent negotiation and communication skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Knowledge of sourcing strategies and vendor management.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
