We&rsquo;re Hiring &ndash; Commis I,II &amp; Commis III (Kitchen Team)Dawa Restaurant &ndash; part of the renowned Villa Mamas Restaurant Group with a global presence in Bahrain, UAE, KSA, and the UK &ndash; is looking for experienced and passionate Commis I, II &amp; III Chefs to join our kitchen team.Available to join immediately.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare ingredients (chopping, marinating, measuring, portioning) as per recipes and standards.</li><li>Cook and present dishes under the supervision of senior chefs.</li><li>Ensure every plate meets the restaurant&rsquo;s quality, consistency, and presentation standards.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and kitchen equipment at all times.</li><li>Follow food safety, HACCP, and hygiene procedures.</li><li>Assist in stock rotation, receiving, and proper storage of ingredients.</li><li>Support smooth daily kitchen operations and work closely with the team during service.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience as Commis Chef I, II &amp; III in a reputable restaurant or hotel.</li><li>Passion for culinary arts with attention to detail.</li><li>Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen practices.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a team-oriented environment.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Accommodation &amp; transportation.</li><li>Growth opportunities within Villa Mamas Group.</li><li>A supportive, multicultural work environment.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
