About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you&rsquo;ll play a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality nursing care for our residents. You&rsquo;ll oversee daily clinical operations, guide and support your team, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment where residents thrive.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Supervise daily nursing activities performed by LPNs, CMAs, and nursing assistants</li><li>
Review care plans to ensure residents receive appropriate and individualized care</li><li>
Assess residents, document physical findings, develop care plans, and communicate with physicians regarding residents&rsquo; conditions and progress</li><li>
Deliver exceptional nursing care focused on resident comfort and well-being</li><li>
Prepare and administer medications as prescribed</li><li>
Notify physicians and/or the Director of Nursing of significant changes in residents&rsquo; conditions</li><li>
Respond promptly to inquiries from staff and attend to residents&rsquo; needs</li><li>
Complete accurate and timely charting and documentation per facility policies</li><li>
Respond quickly and effectively to call lights and resident requests</li></ul>

Now Hiring: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
About the Role:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you&rsquo;ll provide compassionate nursing services that help residents achieve or maintain their highest level of physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, all in accordance with laws, regulations and standards.
As an LPN, you&rsquo;ll monitor and report changes in residents&rsquo; conditions, assign duties, and offer clinical supervision and guidance to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Your presence and leadership on the floor ensures exceptional care and a supportive environment for both residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Assess and document residents&rsquo; physical findings, develop care plans, and communicate findings and prognosis to the attending physician</li><li>
Deliver direct physical and emotional nursing care during emergencies, illnesses, or disabilities to preserve life, provide comfort, reduce stress, and support residents&rsquo; coping abilities</li><li>
Educate residents and families about health maintenance, preventive care, and ways to improve overall health and well-being</li><li>
Provide knowledgeable and skilled nursing care to all assigned residents</li><li>
Lead by example while passing medications, assisting residents with personal care, and managing necessary documentation</li><li>
Communicate effectively with the RN Supervisor regarding any changes in residents&rsquo; conditions</li></ul>
