Job Description<div> 
 Maintenance Technician positions available! 
 
The Maintenance Technician responsibilities will include: 
 
<ul><li>Timely completion of work orders and special projects</li></ul></div><ul><li>Completion of plumbing and electrical service requests</li><li>Completion of apartment turns</li><li>Servicing residents in a friendly, customer service-oriented manner</li><li>Diagnoses problems and repairs in the areas of electrical</li><li>Responds to all service requests, on-call emergencies as directed by the Property Manager and Service Manager, must be completed in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Assists in maintaining the exterior of the property daily to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times</li><li>Housekeeping duties as required, as well as snow removal during winter months, when needed</li><li>Performs property maintenance of pools, spas, and pool areas if applicable</li></ul> 
Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing preferred</li><li>
Excellent customer service skills and general computer knowledge.</li><li>
Candidate should have strong experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting.</li></ul>
Plumbing, contracting, builders certifications and licenses a plus!
Availability for on-call purposes and the flexibility and ability to work weekends when necessary is appreciated!<div>

Pay: Up to $28.64/hr 
Job Description<div> 
The Maintenance Technician responsibilities will include: 
 
<ul><li>Timely completion of work orders and special projects</li></ul></div><ul><li>Servicing residents in a friendly, customer service-oriented manner</li><li>Diagnoses problems and repairs</li><li>Responds to all service requests, on-call emergencies as directed by the Property Manager and Service Manager, and must be completed in a timely and professional manner</li><li>Assists in maintaining the exterior of the property daily to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times. As well as snow removal during the winter months, when needed</li><li>Monitor and document maintenance tasks, including appliance replacement, repairs, and preventive maintenance.</li><li>Maintain inventory, ensure shop cleanliness, and comply with safety and OSHA standards.</li><li>Ensure adherence to fair housing policies, company procedures, and maintain confidentiality.</li><li>Maintain required site-level logs and support software provisioning within defined access parameters.</li></ul>

Qualifications 
REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>High School diploma and related Vocational Training and/or equivalent work experience</li><li>HVAC knowledge and EPA certification, Type I &amp; II or better, including 410A Certification.</li><li>Be available for a flexible work schedule, including weekends and on-call responsibilities.</li><li>Ability to provide direction and instruction to subordinates, and to communicate effectively and efficiently with residents, supervisors, vendors, and others.</li><li>Previous plumbing, electrical, mechanical, drywall repairs, carpentry, and pool/spa maintenance experience.</li><li>Previous hotel, commercial, and/or apartment maintenance experience preferred.</li><li>Previous supervisory experience preferred.</li><li>Must be comfortable with the use of software, mobile devices, and computer-related hardware</li></ul><div>
