<div></div><div><b>Landscape Field Trainer Position Summary</b></div>
<p>This position serves as a critical leadership role in the management and delivery of high-quality landscape services. This role is responsible for working side by side with our landscape crews to improve knowledge and skills in landscape construction and installation, providing mentorship and guidance to enhance the team&rsquo;s skill set. The person in this role will build positive relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction, brand loyalty, and team collaboration.</p>
<div><b>Pay Range:</b> $30.00 - 40.00 per hour</div>

<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></h2>
<ul><li>Train new and existing team members on landscape construction techniques, including pavers, retaining walls, base preparation, grading, drainage, planting, and site preparation.</li>
<li>Train new and existing team members on safe work techniques including body mechanics, equipment operation, proper use of tools, and OSHA requirements.</li>
<li>Ensure workplace safety is a top priority and safety procedures are being followed. Is a role model for workplace safety.</li>
<li>Create training tools in collaboration with Landscape and Branch leadership.</li>
<li>Work side by side with crews to provide hands-on training in landscape techniques to improve crew performance.</li>
<li>Rotate time with all assigned landscape crews to train all members of the landscape team.</li>
<li>Provide feedback, mentorship, training, work direction and coaching to crews to ensure high performance and quality outcomes.</li>
<li>Demonstrate the ability to operate equipment required for landscape installation in a proper and safe manner.</li>
<li>Proficiently read and execute landscape design prints, including the ability to accurately create material takeoffs as needed.</li>
<li>Identify, place, and install plants per landscape plan.</li>
<li>Stay up to date on current industry standards and techniques.</li>
<li>Reinforce company installation methods and best practices.</li>
<li>Exhibit strong customer communication skills, including interaction and follow-through.</li>
<li>Demonstrate leadership skills that drive a high-performing team.</li>
<li>Proficient in the use of various operating systems and technology for daily operations.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with the team and company leadership.</li>
<li>Demonstrate timely and effective communication&mdash;verbal, non-verbal, and written.</li>

<li>2+ years of hardscape installation experience</li>

<li>Written landscape and language proficiency in preferred language</li>

<p>This position serves as a critical leadership role in the management and delivery of high-quality landscaping, snow removal, and de-icing services. This role provides day-to-day leadership for all assigned landscape, snowplow and equipment operating crews, and is responsible for ensuring all assigned jobs are on track. The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of landscape and snow contract job portfolios and models behavior that drives a high performing team.</p>
<div><b>Salary Range: </b>$70,000 - $85,000 annual salary</div>

<p><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul><li>Provide direct reporting management and leadership for crews, crew leads, and sub-contractors in alignment with company core values.</li>
<li>Ensure workplace safety is a top priority and serve as a role model for workplace safety.</li>
<li>Manage all aspects of assigned projects.</li>
<li>Provide in-field support, mentorship, training, and work direction to crews.</li>
<li>Ensure the team has the resources and tools needed to complete their projects.</li>
<li>Offer performance feedback to employees.</li>
<li>Meet timelines and quality standards for all deliverables.</li>
<li>Manage tool and equipment needs and operation.</li>
<li>Oversee strategy and procurement considerations for local branch logistics.</li>
<li>Complete final inspection/walk-through of all assigned jobs.</li>
<li>Demonstrate leadership skills that drive a high performing team.</li>
<li>Provide updates and communication with customers to ensure high customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Be proficient in the use of various operating systems and technology for daily operations.</li>
<li>Deliver excellent customer service.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with team members and company leadership.</li>

<li>Provide updates on assigned job portfolio to branch and operational leaders.</li>
<li>Take lead on creating routes for summer and winter crews.</li>
<li>Complete performance reviews for all direct reporting team members.</li>

<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>2+ years of landscape and/or commercial snow experience</li>
<li>1+ years of hardscape installation experience as a crew lead</li>
<li>3+ years of leadership experience</li>
<li>Written landscape and language proficiency in preferred language</li>
<li>Technical proficiency in use of technology related to the position</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with clean driving record</li>
<li>Valid DOT card or ability to obtain one</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test</li>

<b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b></div>
<ul><li>Responsible for hauling landscape and snow removal materials such as dirt, class 5, mulch, salt, and snow.</li>
<li>Operate salt trucks for commercial snow management</li>
<li>Operate dump trucks for outside contracted projects</li>
<li>Operate and maintain all equipment within company safety and preventive maintenance standards</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with the team and company leadership</li>
<li>Work autonomously demonstrating strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li>
</ul><div><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b><br>
Required</div>
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Class B commercial driver&rsquo;s license with air brake endorsement.</li>
<li>Clean driving record.</li>
<li>Valid DOT card or ability to obtain one</li>
<li>1 year of dump truck driving experience</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a pre- employment drug test</li>
