We are seeking a talented individual with a passion for floral design to create stunning arrangements for our customers. Duties: - Design and create unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting the perfect floral pieces - Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and supplies - Keep work area clean and organized - Process sales transactions using a cash register or POS system - Utilize retail math skills to calculate prices and discounts - Collaborate with the sales team to promote and sell floral products - Use your knowledge of garden care to ensure the longevity of floral arrangements Requirements: - Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with customers and team members - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple design projects simultaneously - Experience in retail sales, including selling techniques and customer interaction - Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems for processing transactions - Knowledge of floral design principles and techniques - Understanding of retail math for pricing and discount calculations - Passion for gardening and working with flowers If you are a creative individual with a flair for design and a love for all things floral, we invite you to apply for the Floral Designer position.
