Marketing Assistant / Associate Location: State Street Office, Santa Barbara, CA Schedule: Full-Time, In-Office (Monday&ndash;Friday, 8:30 AM&ndash;5:00 PM) Compensation: $25-$35 an hour DOEAbout the RoleWe&rsquo;re seeking a Marketing Assistant to contribute to our Marketing Department. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role for someone who is organized, creative, and confident handling multiple marketing tasks simultaneously.The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Marketing team on creating graphics, emails, and social media content.This is an in-office position at our State Street location, with occasional local travel to properties as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction<ul><li>Create and update marketing materials such as flyers, postcards, e-blasts, and brochures using Canva or InDesign</li><li>Lead the execution of print and advertising campaigns</li><li>Support the execution of digital campaigns</li><li>Coordinate advertising submissions for local publications and affiliate platforms</li></ul>Social Media &amp; Content<ul><li>Collaborate with the Social Media Manager on creative vision and direction</li><li>Assist with filming and editing property videos, reels, and campaigns</li></ul>Platform Management<ul><li>Help maintain marketing and advertising platforms, ensuring information is accurate and up to date</li></ul>Agent Communication<ul><li>Assist with monitoring and responding to inquiries in the advertising inbox, ensuring clear and timely communication with agents</li><li>Provide updates and support related to marketing materials, deadlines, and campaign progress</li></ul>Internal Support<ul><li>Maintain and update marketing spreadsheets and internal tracking systems</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>1+ years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, or related fields</li><li>Familiarity with Canva, InDesign, or similar design tools</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines</li><li>Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude</li><li>Willingness to grow with the role and take on new responsibilities</li><li>Comfortable using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)</li><li>Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Final Cut, or similar)</li></ul>Why Join Us<ul><li>Competitive benefits package</li><li>Collaborative, community-focused company culture</li><li>Opportunity to contribute to high-quality marketing projects</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re organized, creative, and motivated to support a dynamic real estate marketing team, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.Pleasesubmit your resume and a brief cover letter to apply.Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
