Responsibilities 
<ul><li>Assemble and maintain resident and employee files according to company standards and state regulations.</li><li>Make bank deposits in a timely fashion.</li><li>Provide assistance to home office to ensure that the monthly accounting close are accomplished in an accurate, complete and in a timely.</li><li>Maintain inventory and order office supplies.</li><li>Is knowledgeable of the programming of telephone system, computers, thermostat controls, alarm system, fire alarm, and nurse call system.</li><li>Maintain community roster of clients in compliance with state regulations. Maintain current listing of employee phone numbers.</li><li>Maintain current listing of critical service providers in the event of an emergency. Ensure all employees have crin1inal record clearance and on file.</li><li>Ensure that all documents used in the day-to-day operations are the correct version, and presents a positive image of the Community.</li><li>Ensure that there are adequate brochures and move-in packets ready for tours and admissions.</li><li>Maintain records of employee in-services.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred</li><li>Experience as office manager in healthcare setting preferred.</li><li>High level of ability in effective and succinct communication, written, and oral with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>Must have compassion for the desire to work with the elderly.</li><li>Must demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual.</li><li>Working knowledge of computers including Excel, Word, and MS Office is required.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.</li><li>Ability to follow through with complex and detailed projects to completion.</li><li>Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities (essential job functions), with or without reasonable accommodations</li></ul></div>
