Position(s): Sr. HR Operations ExecutiveExperience &ndash; 4 - 6 YearsLocation: HyderabadJob Brief: This role involves handling day-to-day HR processes, ensuring compliance withpolicies and procedures, and delivering excellent customer service to employees. The Sr. HROperations executive works closely with the HR team, managers, and employees to facilitatesmooth HR operations within the organization.Job Responsibilities:1. HR Process Administration: Execute and manage HR processes such as employee onboarding,offboarding, transfers, promotions, and other personnel changes. Ensure accurate and timelydata entry and maintenance of HRIS and other HR databases.2. Employee Data Management: Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity,confidentiality, and compliance with relevant regulations. Process employee informationchanges, including personal details, job titles, compensation, benefits, and organizationalstructure updates.3. Employee Support and Query Resolution: Respond to employee inquiries related to HRpolicies, benefits, and processes. Address and resolve employee concerns.4. HR Systems and Tools: Support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of HRsystems and tools, time and attendance, performance management, and employee self-serviceportals. Collaborate with IT or external vendors, integrations, and issue resolution.6. Contribute to streamlining HR processes and enhancing operational efficiency andimplementing best practices.7. Training and Documentation: Assist in the development and delivery of HR training programsand materials. Create and update HR process documentation, employee handbooks, andstandard operating procedures.8.Involved in NON-IT recruitment.9.
