What You&rsquo;ll Be Responsible For:</b></p><ul><li>
Work closely with designers to land garment aesthetic in Production.</li><li>
Schedule and lead fit sessions by addressing all construction and fit issues for each garment.</li><li>
Identify fit problems and clearly offer solutions to correct. Cut, pin and drape the fit protos as necessary to clearly identify revisions.</li><li>
Update spec packages after each fitting using illustrator and photo shop to offer visual interpretation to the factories.</li><li>
Send and track comments and protos back to the factories ensuring constant follow-up.</li><li>
Act as the point of contact for vendors and answer questions regarding fit, specs, trims and construction. Daily communication with vendors required.</li><li>
Identify potential production, quality and costing issues and make recommendations to ensure brand integrity.</li><li>
Work with team lead to develop fit standards to ensure size, construction and fit consistency within the brand and product categories.</li><li>
Research and resolve fit and construction and finishing issues. Continually research competition in the market for various construction techniques, new technology and fit.</li><li>
Align and deliver to agreed calendar milestones to ensure seasonal deadlines are met.</li><li>
Assist with the training and mentoring of TD staff.</li><li>
Promote teamwork by resolving problems and removing barriers that prevent collaboration.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Qualifications/Experience We&rsquo;re Looking For:</b></p><ul><li>
5-10 years work experience in the fashion industry including technical design and/or patternmaking with construction experience and full knowledge of total production timeline.</li><li>
Additional knowledge should include an understanding of grading, yarn, growth testing, draping and fitting.</li><li>
Knowledge of knitting techniques, machines, &amp; applications.</li><li>
Understanding of production garment construction and fit.</li><li>
Must be able to interpret design intent and create alternative &ldquo;production friendly&rdquo; solutions.</li><li>
Great interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with a cross-functional team.</li><li>
Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Providing positive solutions to issues as they arise.</li><li>
Ability to multi-task, proactively trouble shoot, problem solve and effectively influence.</li><li>
Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize workload to meet calendar goals</li><li>
Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop &amp; Excel.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>

What You&rsquo;ll Be Responsible For:</b></div><br>

Oversee US payroll operations.</li><li>
Administer France and UK payroll processes.</li><li>
Administer the 401(k) plan and maintain data integrity with 401(k) vendor (Fidelity).</li><li>
Administer Benefits operations.</li><li>
Oversee HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) and maintain data integrity. Partner with HRIS representatives to ensure smooth system functioning and troubleshoot issues.</li><li>
Maintain HRIS access profiles to ensure proper security for sensitive personal information.</li><li>
Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay and other HRIS questions.</li><li>
Be the primary point of contact for audits (internal, external, 401k, banking) and ensure compliance with SOX controls.</li><li>
Evaluate HR technology platforms and tools to support operational needs and strategic objectives.</li><li>
Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and standardization.</li><li>
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for HR processes.</li><li>
Partner with Finance, Accounting, Technology, and other cross-functional business partners on HR reports.</li><li>
Create quarterly HR metrics reports to be shared with senior leadership.</li><li>
Monitor state legislation to ensure compliance with FLSA rules, time off policies, pay policies, etc. Monitor minimum wage requirements across Vince locations. Conduct annual FLSA review.</li><li>
Implement annual compensation review process.</li><li>
Support ad hoc compensation projects.</li><li>
