<div><div><p><b>Title: Associate T</b><b>echnical Designer, Men&rsquo;s Wovens</b></p><p><b>
What You&rsquo;ll Be Responsible For:</b></p><ul><li>
Work closely with designers to land garment aesthetic</li><li>
Create technical packages for production styles and email to overseas factories</li><li>
Spec and measure production samples to ensure comments and construction details are correctly executed</li><li>
Attend all production fittings and communicate changes to vendors</li><li>
Identify fit problems and clearly offer solutions to correct</li><li>
Responsible for updating fit trackers to keep track of the production stage for each style from 1st Fit to TOP</li><li>
Align and deliver to agreed calendar milestones to ensure seasonal deadlines are met</li><li>
Receives handover for all fit pieces from development team and keep track of those styles</li><li>
Assist the tech team with creating sketches and patterns and preparing outgoing packages</li><li>
Assist the tech team with organizing the TOP sample closets</li><li>
Continually research the market for various construction techniques, new technology and fit</li></ul><p><b>
Qualifications/Experience We&rsquo;re Looking For:</b></p><ul><li>
2+ years&rsquo; work experience in the fashion industry including technical design and/or patternmaking with construction experience</li><li>
Must have at least AA degree from a Fashion / Design Institute</li><li>
Understanding of garment construction knowledge and fit support experience</li><li>
Proficiency in Illustrator Software: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop</li><li>
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office specifically Excel</li><li>
Ability to read and understand tech packs and patterns</li><li>
Ability to effectively communicate fit terminology and problem solve fit challenges</li><li>
Great interpersonal skills, attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with cross functional team members</li><li>
Ability to prioritize workload, meet calendar goals/deadlines and organize work appropriately</li><li>
Demonstrate strong listening, written and oral communication skills</li></ul></div><p></p><div><div><b><i><br>
