Gallo Law Office, a busy Staten Island law firm and title agency and law office, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented PARALEGAL to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the real estate industry and be capable of managing a variety of clerical responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Review and clear title issues, including judgment and lien resolution</li><li>Open and manage files</li><li>Prepare contracts of sale, deeds, and acris documents</li><li>Read and interpret title repeats and surveys thoroughly</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely processing of all closing documentation</li><li>Prepare all necessary closing documents and coordinate closings</li><li>Communicate with attorneys, lenders, and clients throughout the process</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong working knowledge of title clerical procedures</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume workload</li><li>DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE</li></ul>Salary: Salary will be based on experience and the number of years worked in the legal real estate business.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
